And now, Kartik Aaryan is making headlines for his upcoming release Chandu Champion which happens to be a Kabir Khan directorial.

For the uninitiated, Chandu Champion is a sports biopic drama inspired by the life of India's first Paralympics swimmer Murlikant Petkar. To note, Chandu Champion features Kartik in the titular role and also stars Bhuvan Arora, Palak Lalwani and Adonis Kapsalis in key roles. Chandu Champion has been creating massive buzz given Kartik's new and unrecognisable look in the film.

It is reported that Chandu Champion trailer will be released after 7 pm on May 18. To note, Chandu Champion will be hitting the screens on June 14.

It is reported that Kartik had undergone intense training for Chandu Champion. Talking about the same, Kartik's trainer Tridev Pandey was all praises for the Pyaar Ka Punchanama actor's dedication, "Kartik really supported me a lot with the training, he was eager to learn everything. He wasn't very good with skipping but he has now picked up 14-15 styles of skipping, from not being able to do a single push-up to now doing pushups after putting 50-60 kilo plates on his back, Kartik really pushed himself a lot and that makes the trainer's job easy".
