Manuel Luis Quezon y Molina (August 19, 1878 – August 1, 1944) was a notable Philippine statesman, soldier, and politician. He was a Spanish Filipino, his parents were both Spanish Mestizos. He served as president of the Commonwealth of the Philippines from 1935 to 1944.
