American Recovery Systems Inc breaking the fair debt collection act law, rude, unprofessional employees Mt Prospect Illinois

Wardell of the american recovery systems inc. called me at my place of employment. I work in a hospital. I cannot receive phone calls. He left a message with a fellow employee. I have no idea how he got through. I called the number back from the message and told him he was not to call me at work again and if he does i will take legal action.

Well, apparently they have caller ID and he called back only to speak with a nurse in the emergency room with the same name. He began to talk to her, thinking she was me. What kind of business goes that far to just talk to anyone who answers the phone and not making sure the person on the phone is the correct person? I know my rights and I will not put up with harrasing phone calls at work or at home.
