Processing time for feedback and cases
We would like to hear from you our areas for improvement to ensure delivery of high quality services. Upon receipt of your feedback, we will send you an acknowledgement within 1 working day. We endeavor to provide a response to your feedback in 5 working days for simple and straight forward cases, and 15 working days for other cases. If we are unable to respond to you within the aforesaid timeframe, you will receive a notice of extension and thereafter an update on our investigation progress every two weeks until your concerns are resolved. If you are not satisfied with the response you receive, you may refer your case to the related organizations for follow-up.

We need your personal particulars because we would like to approach you directly to help us improve the quality of our service. All information collected will only be used by Zurich Insurance (Hong Kong) for promotional and service providing purposes.
