晚市重開的第一餐, 兄弟想以淮揚菜慶祝, 第一時間想起這一家酒樓, 不只是因為它被米芝連加持, 也是因為之前吃過它的午餐, 性價比相當高. 晚市菜式除了甚為正宗外, 份量也多, 四道菜三個麻甩佬吃到捧着肚子走. Zhe Jiang Heen is famous for her Huaiyang cuisine. She has been awarded by Michelin One Star but the dishes are not that expensive. The shredded mandarin fish looks very fine the texture is excellent too. The taste was mainly contributed by the fish itself without any other spice. Smoked chicken with the smoked egg are nice and the braised pork knuckle is a bit different from traditional one, with firm texture of meat and spongy pork skin. It is so full!

這兩次都是在房間吃,桌子蠻大的,適合人多來吃,接待處在2樓,3樓全是房間,房內有裝修,尚算可以。食物質素不錯,只是要熟人預訂,食物材料才比較豐盛,例如蟹粉,一次自己預訂,蟹膏真的很少,另一次通過他們的老顧客預訂,蟹膏多了很多,真係天淵之別。當然,事後要給小費的。酸酸甜甜的挺開胃非常推薦這個流心蛋,很嫩滑一點也不溜這個蝦仁也非常正,蝦子越小口感越好這個蟹粉因為沒有經熟人訂,裏面的蟹膏小的可憐。雖然10月尾,但大閘蟹裏面蟹膏已經很正因為魚翅冇營養又殘忍所以我沒有食,不願置評非常推薦,我忘記叫什麼名字了,很好吃蟹粉小籠包趁熱吃,相當野味平時唔食甜品嘅我,都覺得呢個酒釀丸子好正值得一試

浙江軒是多年米芝蓮一星的中菜館,主理傳統江浙菜,雖然是米芝蓮一星餐廳,但價錢還是合理的,除貴價食材如鮑參翅肚外,其他菜色價錢合理。試咗醉乳鴿、脆鱔、薰蛋等大路菜式,這些不過不失,另外還有較少見的菜式,如鍋巴卷,重點是卷起的鍋巴依然脆口及完整;龍鬚桂魚,也是手工菜,味道於上海菜算清淡,但絕對是手工菜,將桂魚起肉再成絲,絲絲嫩滑完整,味道也調得適中。最尾那個是鮮肉酥是必食推介,但需要預訂,喜歡那個酥皮,然後內裏的餡肉鮮味juicy, 熱辣辣食十分好吃,曾經在上海看到,但香港還真是第一次見到

龍鬚桂魚,也是手工菜,味道於上海菜算清淡,但絕對是手工菜,將桂魚起肉再成絲,絲絲嫩滑完整,味道也調得適中。

最尾那個是鮮肉酥是必食推介,但需要預訂,喜歡那個酥皮,然後內裏的餡肉鮮味juicy, 熱辣辣食十分好吃,曾經在上海看到,但香港還真是第一次見到

食那麽菜式,要慢慢嘆,告半日假來食。

還有內裏有幅墨寶,好多蓋印章,最大係太上皇帝之寶,認得出係乾隆印, 搜尋後這是王羲之的蘭亭序(當然影印本),唐人摹本~神龍本,原來咁出名,恕弟見識淺薄,井底蛤蟆,要好好觀摩。

My another favourite is 𝐒𝐦𝐨𝐤𝐞𝐝 𝐅𝐢𝐬𝐡 長江燻魚🐟 This is perhaps the best I found in Hong Kong with very consistent quality. The exterior is very crispy even it is coated with sauce and rested for some time while the core is tender and juicy🤯 The smokiness is mild but linger that elevates the salty and sweet sauce. No reason for you to skip this one here‼️
