環境一流,服務有進步空間-文華東方酒店 StaycationFb:下一站豬欄; IG@Pig7station今次去左香港數一數二既酒店staycation, 因為慶祝生日,所以經MO website訂左入住海景套房包文華閣($66xx)入住前都有同酒店confirm details, 回覆都算快😗入住當日係平日，一落車已經有職員幫手拎行李，感覺唔錯，之後帶左去front desk check in，以為好快，就無提出去文華閣check in，點知又話房間final checking未有住，睇睇下又話有房🙄足足企左10分鐘，腳都痺🙄有別於小仙子同小🐷之前去既5⭐️酒店，都會安排去lounge check in😞扣左d分文華閣方面包Tea set, cocktails 🍸 同第2日早餐，3-layer Tea set最吸睛係scone,配signature Rose Petal Jam😋唔會太甜，rose味道突出，至於其他鹹點同甜品無咩特別😗到cocktails時間5-7pm, 酒類款式都多，送酒食物都唔算少，熱盤印度雞最好食，其他普通😅早餐方面都算多選擇，有粉麵同奄列部😂Staff都好he

Finally got a chance to visit the Mandarin Club. Situated on the 23/F of the hotel, the club offers scenic view of the Victoria Harbour, Statue Square and the skyscrapers in Central.We arrived the Club at around 2pm, in which the staff guided us to a window seat and assisted us in ordering the drinks. 又同高太去試下啲club lounge 依家啲staycation package 真係增肥套餐黎check in 左又下午茶之後又evening cocktail 跟手仲有dinning credit 把口真係無咩得點停依度既tea 同evening cocktail 都係buffet形式，自已出去攞野食tea 時段主要係啲三文治，沙律，生果到evening cocktail 就豐富啲，有啲cold cut, 熱盤，仲有酒精無限量供應啲熱盤幾有驚喜，洋葱湯幾好飲

Staycation 的自助早餐，真開心❤可在這裡享用，種類不多，都很精致，也可以點沒有擺出來的食物，即叫即做。👍餐廳本是會員制，可能現在人客少，開放個小餐廳做早餐較化算。文華以高標准服務出名，就算有少少差錯都很快解決。名符其實的五星級。👍🤗🤗

到文華東方酒店Staycation享受假期，套票包括享用The Mandarin Club提供的evening cocktail，當然不能夠錯過。 The Mandarin Club位於酒店23樓，只招待預訂了套房(suite)的住客。我們在接待處聽職員細心講解，原來會所對顧客的衣著有一定要求，例如男士不能穿背心和涼鞋，但短褲是可以的。而酒店的訪客想使用The Mandarin Club的話，不論時段和有否點食物，每位收費一律$338加一。即是說，假設訪客只點了一杯飲品，亦需要付這個價錢。這些規矩令這會所顯得更矜貴。 進入會所後，被它優雅的裝修所吸引。木材地板加上地毯、小沙發、別緻的吊燈、白色的天花配花紋以及紗窗等等，營造舒適和溫馨的感覺。 近入口方向的窗外景物是大會堂以及維港，遠方甚至可見九龍東的大廈，視野開揚，使人豁然開朗。 服務員引領我們到向南的一邊位置就座，這裡傢俱的設計有點不同，餐桌有仿雲石的紋，顯得高貴，而餐桌之間闊落，充滿空間感。用餐區和放食物的區域以現代設計的飾物架分隔，亦是一種視覺享受。 而向南是中環商廈的景物，感受到商業區的繁榮和活力。同時，這裡光線充足，令
