Strictly's Graziano Di Prima, Nancy Xu, and Gorka Márquez revealed that they will pay tribute to the late Robin Windsor during their upcoming tour.

Robin was a member of Strictly's professional lineup from 2009 until 2013, and was paired with stars including Patsy Kensit and Lisa Riley.

The dancer was found dead in a hotel in London at the age of 44 in February, though his cause of death is yet to be revealed.

During Friday's episode of Loose Women, Graziano, Nancy and Gorka discussed their plans to honour him on the tour.

The group and several other Strictly professionals will soon embark on The Professionals Tour. With twelve dancers, it is the biggest professionals tour so far.

The tour lineup is completed by Carlos Gu, Dianne Buswell, Jowita Przystał, Karen Hauer, Luba Mushtuk, Michelle Tsiakkas, Neil Jones, Vito Coppola, and Celebrity Big Brother runner-up Nikita Kuzmin.

Gorka told the show: 'I think we are a family and the loss of Robin who was part of that family... he was just a wonderful person. He was always smiling.

'I have memories of him smiling when it comes to the show, it was positive things for all of us. The least we can do is celebrate him because wherever he is up there, he will be dancing with us.'

Graziano added: 'I've got beautiful memories of him. We did a tour together, we did lifts and stuff and sometimes you're in pain.

'He would always be the last person to leave the room, even if he was in so much pain. Surprisingly enough I did my tour, one of my shirts was his pink shirt and it was written "Robin".

'Every time I was wearing it I had goosebumps. That was a nice, nice memory. I am always thinking of him.'

Graziano told The Express after Robin's death: 'We did rehearsals for two weeks nonstop. I could see the pain, but he would never stop.'

The two spent three years touring the West End together.

Strictly The Professionals Tour will hit Birmingham, Blackpool, Bournemouth, Brighton, Cardiff, Conwy County Borough, and Edinburgh;

Glasgow, Hull, Liverpool, Nottingham, Oxford, Plymouth, Salford, Sheffield, Stockton, Sunderland, Swansea, and Wolverhampton.

The Professional Tour kicks off on May 1 and concludes on June 1.

It was revealed in February that BBC didn't pay for an operation on Robin's back before being told by bosses he would not be brought back to Strictly show.

He suffered a 'slipped disc' at an after-show party in Blackpool, falling heavily on a marble floor while 'trying some lifts,' and required an operation.

A source has told MailOnline that despite being left in agony by the spinal injury, Robin didn't receive any financial support for his operation by Strictly bosses.

While it seems unlikely the BBC were liable to pay for Robin's operation, the hefty medical costs will have added to Robin's woes, as he was hit by a £100,000 tax bill just months later.

Robin eventually had an operation and endured months of painful injections, but producers then decided they 'couldn't have him back.'

A source previously told The Mail that Robin 'never got over' being axed from Strictly, and he 'lived in hope' he'd be invited back one day.

Robin also revealed his torment on the My Time Capsule podcast in January 2022, saying: 'It was the worst thing that's ever happened to me...

'I loved being on Strictly Come Dancing. It was the best job in the world. I think I loved being on that show more than any other person that was there.'

Describing his sacking, Robin said: 'I got a phone call saying: 'Thank you for all your hard work on the show. We won't be needing you anymore.' And that was all that I got.'

'It hurt more than anything in the world. After all of the work that I'd put in, how much I loved it, what I'd been through with the injury... to be just pushed to the side, with no real thanks or anything, was heartbreaking.'

He finished: 'But, at the same time, that's showbusiness, right? Then I went on a downward spiral.'

A representative for Strictly declined to comment. MailOnline has contacted a representative for Robin Windsor's estate for comment.
