- Joe takes adrenaline pills, which do not exist. It is destroyed by gastric acid, therefore has no effect, same as insulin. It is only available as injection, inhalation or could be given sublingually, but not in a capsule as here.
- Love Quinn becomes the fourth girl Joe has an obsession with that gets killed.
- Like Love, Guinevere Beck too was killed by Joe in a season finale.
- Just like right at the end of the previous season finale "Love, Actually", Joe moves to an entirely different location to where the rest of the season was set, with this time being Paris.
- This episode marks the first time Joe has killed two episodes in a row, after he murdered Ryan Goodwin in the previous episode.
