I've been a customer of Cellini for several years and have had several watch purchase transactions, warranty work and accessory purchases. Most of my dealings have been with Artice. He has taken care of me for each transaction and always provided good communication. All purchases shipped to me have been shipped FedEX overnight and packaged outstandingly.

The store has a wide selection of watches from Independent brands and a few mainstream brands. I've always felt welcomed in the store from the very beginning.

Anyone looking to purchase unique timepiece, I'd highly recommend a visit, call or e-mail to Cellini.

I had such an amazing experience at Cellini! From amazing customer service to excellent follow up. Rosanna was easy to work with and made it possible for me to get my first JLC. The Reverso has been on my wishlist for a long time and I'm glad I finally picked it up. It is a beauty! When I received the watch I had an issue as it shipped with the incorrect strap but Rosanna was extremely quick to get the replacement sent out. I will definitely be shopping at Cellini again and have another watch on my list that I plan to acquire sometime soon.

In mid February 2020 (just before the pandemic), I was visiting NY and was told by people in the know that is had to go to Cellini, so I did.

One of the best shopping experiences ever!

Artice was super knowledgeable and helpful. He allowed me to look at and try on watches that I had only seen in pictures.

Cellini has a great selection of Urwerk (including limited editions), JLC, Ressence and the list goes on and on. It would be criminal if I did not mention the amazing limited edition pieces that A. Lange & Sohne makes specifically for Cellini.

If you find yourself in NY and you're a watch geek, you absolutely have to pay them a visit and say hello to Artice.

By the way, even through this pandemic, Artice has helped me via email. The service doesn't get any better.

Disappointed in poor service. Expect to be treated well until the sale is closed. Have been waiting to receive a watch strap that was included with my sale for over 12 months. I'm extremely understanding due to Covid and pandemic related issues - would have accepted any reasonable response or explanation, including additional charges. However, store has refused to return calls or emails, making me feel extremely uncomfortable to return if I ever needed to service my purchase. Avoid at all costs.

Rosanna at Cellini Jewelers was so helpful and kind and went out of her way to assist me in finding a special gift for an important occasion. She pulled out all the stops for the rare piece I was seeking, explained to me all the processes at play, and really went above and beyond on my behalf. I told her she was like my fairy godmother! I look forward to returning to Cellini and Rosanna for future occasions.

Cellini Jewelers is the best place to get your high end horology fix and Danny Goldsmith is hands down the best salesperson in the business. Danny always makes you feel like family the minute he meets you and always looks after his customers. I highly recommend Cellini and if you go be sure to ask for Danny!

Cellini is the jeweler you always wish existed: kind, knowledgable, direct and honest. I've only ever dealt with their watch folks, but Danny and Leon are both excellent partners for those of us interested in the indie watch game. I grew up in NYC, and honestly, I was intimidated when I was younger - I was scared that if I went in I would be treated like I was at the other watch shops...which is to say disrespectfully and with disdain. Boy howdy, I wish I had started buying from them and not the others. Not only does Cellini have a collection that will make your face melt (ever seen an entire box of Mosers, HYT and Urban Jurgensens? No? How about a Gronefeld? Then you need to visit NOW) they also know everything about them. There's no expectation that you're gonna walk out with one of these beauties - they just want to introduce you to them. If and when the time comes, you'll at least know that you're getting a watch from someone as passionate about the products as you are. Drop in and pay these folks a visit. You will not regret it.

I was in market for a new watch. I had an idea of what brand and model I was looking for, but wanted to check out an authorized dealer as opposed to a boutique. The staff here is great where they are completely patient and don't push you to make a sale. Their selection is amazing and carry all the top watch brands. I ended up going with a JLC watch and got a great price on it. If I'm ever looking for a watch again, I will make sure Cellini is my first stop.

I connected with them to find a watch. I ordered it through them (10K), and follow up was poor, kept having to call them. Then when I called I was treated as though I was one of many, that they were waiting on a dozen from the vendor. I feel like some of the help there have been there a long time (too long), and they get complacent and internally focused.
