I can only speak for Carnival, possibly only the Venezia, and Invicta watches. I purchased two watches on this ship that were "discounted 75%" already. Since I don't buy internet packages/services I had no method to research before buying. We disembarked on March 3. On March 4 I found both of the exact same watches available online at Invicta for purchase. One purchased on Carnival for $179.00 – online for $109.90 and the other at $189.00 – online for $98.00. That’s $69.10 and $91.00 savings if I had not spent my money on Carnival. What is Carnival’s price protection on items bought from Carnival? I contacted Carnival by email asking what the price protection policy is and they did respond by email only to tell me to discuss the issue by phone. I asked for an email response and have received nothing further.
I contacted Invicta directly by website portal asking what is the price policy between Invicta and Carnival? I believe an immediate pop-up stated requests are answered within 4 hours. No response. With what I could have saved on the two purchases I could have bought another watch. Again, I can only personally report this for Carnival and Invicta but this advice could apply to any of the brands or other products as well. While I have very little used time on them, from both Carnival and Invicta's lack of response and from many many many complaints, I'm pretty sure that if I do experience any problems, I will toss them into recycling to avoid these hassles. It looks like there is enough evidence of Cruise Lines and Invicta's culpability for a class action suit. Any attorneys reading these complaints feel free to take this case as I will come forward.

Purchased an Invicta watch on Amazon and it quit working after three months. Did not read the Amazon warranty that it’s not returnable after 30 days and had to rely on the Invicta warranty. Then learned Invicta charges $29 to look at the watch even under warranty. Sent it in and they declined to repair it under warranty.

I gave a TechnoMarine MoonSun watch to my wife for Christmas 2 years ago and the seconds hand fell. I called Invicta and they told me that they have a 3 years warranty. They approved my service and I have to pay almost $30 to send the watch (they didn't told me that I had to pay to send it out and they charge me for looking at it). Then they wanted to charge me $100 for fixing it. I paid $57 for that watch, so I declined the offer. They sent me the watch back with 3 hands that fell instead of 1! The watch isn't good and they have the worst customer service ever!!! A total ripoff!!!

I purchased a Chicago Cubs watch from Invicta. It's a beautiful watch but is a piece of crap when it comes to how it runs. You have to baby sit it either wearing it daily or shaking it as it's an automatic which wasn't explained during purchase. If you leave it sit for any length of time not only do you have to reset time but also the date turning 24 hrs each date until you reach your desired date instead of like normal watches you just have a setting that moves the date. Their watches are sharp but old and outdated when it comes to how the watch itself actually functions. I have 18 watches and like to switch up every day. This watch I have to shake every day or it stops running. The second star is for the look of the watch. Otherwise never again would I purchase an Invicta watch! R.L.

I recently sent 2 Invicta watches still under warranty to Invicta for repair. I received an estimate of 189$ USD for the repair. That is per watch. Invicta doesn’t understand the word warranty or owning the responsibility of sellling a good product. I told them to keep them. On the other hand the vendor Jomashop is no better. I was told "We ship you a good watch." So stay away from both dream teams and shallow gene pool. Rudy

The watch had a promo code which I thought I would input it into the following page after I put in my credit information online. The screen just said it was bought. I called right after and the agent said the label had already been created and it was in the process of being shipped and they can’t do anything. Can cancel the order to give me the promo… and I’ll have to send it after I receive it. Which after looking at the terms is subject to a 40% restocking fee… I feel scammed. This is bad business.

Your watch is garbage and so is your customer service. Awful watch. Awful company. Definitely not purchasing your watches ever again. You don't stand behind your product. It's trash. I gave you to chances. There's better watches at Walmart. Disgraceful.

To begin, I own over 20 Invicta watches and starting in September 2023, I had sent a $1500.00 watch back for repair to Invicta watch repair service in Sandy Utah and received an estimate to repair the watch a week later via email for $350.00. I submitted payment and that is the last I heard from them. I have called numerous times and remained on hold for hours without anyone picking up, or calling me back or answering my emails. The only time a guy by the name of Eric ** called me back from customer service is when I cancelled and withdrew my credit card payment 3 weeks later. He said they were very busy and would have my watch repaired immediately. However, that is the last I heard from them.
If the watch is not back in my hands by October 16, 2023 I will file a lawsuit, and cancel the charge again. I never do things like this but I feel all the ** they have on their website is false. Do not ever send your watch back to Invicta, just throw it in the garbage because you will be so frustrated if you send anything back to them. Here is their number if you want a laugh, try calling it. 800.327.7682. Eric if you read this maybe you should work on your communication skills and false promises. What a shame, such a big company with little or no consumer service at all.

I have purchased 5 Invicta watches. Personally I liked the look of them. However I have had nothing but trouble with them. I have one that the hands are loose and can't be set or used. I have white collar job so no abuse of these watches at all. Out of the 5 I have one working and they are two years old. I am very disappointed in them. Would never buy one again.

I purchased a Invicta woman's watch Feb 2023 and today the minute hand broke off. I contacted invicta and was told I had to pay $28.00 to send it back to invicta when the watch cost was $49.00. That's half of the purchase of the watch. I will not be buying any more watches from invicta.
