I was given this photo a while back and thought I should share it. It appears to be possibly post-war occupation duty era. On the back is written: "Frankfurt Transients mess. If you haven't got your mess kit these jerries will loan you cup, dish and utensils for gum, cigarettes and what have you. They all say "come to me please."
