Tone down the push for full membership - I really didn't need the phone and text harassment. Particularly after requesting the phone contact to cease and still recieving comments along the line of 'just doing my job'... it's not professional and really is borderline harassment. My phone number is given in the case of cancellations or emergency not as a route for more advertising. If you have questions or want to inform me about upcoming things please address me at the front desk.

WHC Gateway manager and some of the trainers need to be more open and friendly with greeting members. Often, I see them just ignoring members, not smiling, zoned into their computers...it's a community- please create a friendly, welcoming and inviting atmosphere!
