(17,265 posts)That was about as close to a declaration of war as you could ask for. They may be able to carry out that threat too from what I have read. Toast most of the computers in this country and we are done. Nothing gets done without computers. We apparently have used all of the "sanctions" that were available without any results, and they know we will not attack them militarily.
I think that it is interesting that they specifically mentioned the Biden administration.
We must need us a Department of Homeland Hackers if we are going to deal with Putin.

After all, the USA in the 1990s didn't lose something like 15 countries leaving some kind of an American Empire. The Soviet Empire, on the other hand, lost 5 European countries, the Caucasian "socialist republics," and all the Central Asian "stans." Who's the one mourning their loss of dominance, hmmm? And just because Republicans have no idea where Minsk and Kyiv are, doesn't mean Biden's team is just as ignorant.
