Even though you have to pay $8 per person it really has some amazing views. Trails are varying between steep and flat (so a pretty good workout). It was pretty pricy for 3 adults to take a walk - but was very nice.

This is just a great place to visit and go for a nice long walk. Offers a spectacular view of the Boston skyline seen from the Harbour islands. There is an entry fee here (8$) for non-members which felt reasonable for how well maintained this place is.

Hidden Gem!
This is my all time favorite place to come. It has absolutely amazing views everywhere you look. It is such a nice place to hike, sit by the ocean, or even have a picnic. The staff was extremely helpful and kind even when I did not have a time slot pass (I was not aware of this upon arrival) but she helped me out even when the time slot was taken by someone else she made an exception for me! Incredibly kind hearted woman. I will be coming back many times in the future. It is my boyfriend and I's favorite place to just sit down, relax, and embrace the beautiful views of Boston, the ocean, and everything else!

If you want to have social distancing and enjoy nature and serenity this is the place.
It is 251 acres of hillsides, woodlands, coastscape
of rocky shores and much more.
You can spend hour there enjoying nature by reading, painting, plenty of Scattered benches quite to sit, bring your bikes, dogs, have picnics on blanket, jog etc...
Quite an interesting place no matter what season.

Beautiful. Able to see the city skyline from the elevation and coastline. Has great walking and exercise trails, a historical element with landmarks that teach and guide the history behind the land , ample parking , and a beautiful place that all must visit with children, dates, friends.
Also by boat it’s fantastic place to stake a ground and soak in the beauty. LOVE!

The walking paths are well taken care of and plenty of room for 2 way traffic. You do have to wear a mask. We walked leisurely for about 3 hours. Gorgeous place in the fall. We booked our time online so we could enter the park. Due to the timed entry, the park is not over crowded. We saw a few deer roaming around. I will definitely go again.

Mean and incompentant staff. I haven't actually been inside of the park yet but have little desire to go after my encounter with an insolent staff member at the front entrance.
The day I went the park it closed at 8:15 PM and it was 6:45 PM when I arrived. I'm new to the area and saw the place once when I was jogging. I went back the next day and thought it was just a regular park, not one that you have to pay to get into, let alone make reservations for during covid.
Someone at the gate who was sitting in her car got out and ran in front of my car and stopped me from going inside the park. And actually, I wasn't even sure if I was going the right way. I was a little disoriented about where to go and someone jumping out in front of my moving vehicle didn't help. She did some weird motion with her hands to indicated not to go inside the park--at least that's what I think was trying to be communicated.
I kindly asked if the park was closed and what was going on. Again, the sign said the park closed at 8:15 PM and it was 6:45 so I was confued. She said nothing but continued to text on her phone and pointed to the exit with what might as well have been her middle finger. She leered at me and kept watching my car as if I were going to turn around and try to come back in.
Assuming someone is going to try to sneak in and running in front of their moving car at the last minute is not only dangerous--but not a way to welcome me to the park. I didn't know where I was going, didn't see her waiting there, thought the park was open, and didn't know about the timed reservations etc. This was just a park I saw out of the corner of my eye once and wanted to get more info about it.
A friendly explanation about park rules and welcoming me back for another visit a different day via a timed reservation was all that was needed to be said. I could do without the sour-faced accusatory dictator watching me like a hawk.

We needed an activity that was roughly an hour from Boston so I could get my daughter's midday nap in, so we chose to come here. The area is extremely pretty and serene; we came here on a clear day and were able to see far into the distance.
Two very minor things are that it felt just slightly underwhelming, maybe because the name of this place set my bar high. Also, parking is very limited and we had to wait until someone left to enter.

The Trustees do a great job maintaining this idyllic time capsule of an Olmsted-designed park. The long trails stretch through lovely woods and grasses, across cobblestone necked beaches and affording spectacular harbor vistas. We found tall rocks for the kids to clamber, mussel shells and cockles to find by the water, and steep grass-covered drumlin hills to conquer - with benches overlooking the harbors as a reward. There isn't a prettier, more relaxing place to amble in Boston.

I went to this trail keeping in mind it would be a shorter one. But, its not it takes 2 hours to finish the entire area. This trail is good for kids and families. This trail is good for mountain bike's, as the trail has gravels and bumps. Overall, wonderful experience, would visit again.

There are staff at the entrance. Unless you are a member, you will be charged an entry fee. If the lots are close to being full, they will direct you on where to park. You may have to wait for parking if the lots are at capacity. They might even have police on duty to stop cars. Its very popular.

There are hills and the roads are gravel so not good for a regular wheelchairs '
Are the trails stroller friendly? Is there a fee for children under 3?

Yes, most of the trails are stroller friendly- hard- pack dirt in most places with some loose gravel-many carriage roads are appropriate, not sure about the smaller trails. Not sure about cost for child- May want to check their website. Enjoy.

Yes- dogs on leashes are allowed- please pick up after your pet and pack it out. The entrance fee is $6 per person as it is a Trustee of Reservations property(members free).

Buddy, There might be some place , but I am not able to recollect it. You can plan to go to "Nantasket Beach", which is nearby.

Was thinking of canoeing and kayaking from Hingham Harbor Pkg lot to World's End.
Can non residents park in the lot? Is there a better put in spot?
Also, can a canoe do this paddle or is the water too choppy?
About how long should it take to paddle across?
Are there landing spots on World's End?

I always go from Hingham Harbor and you can get there in 20 min. usually the water isn't choppy but that depends on the weather.
Just be careful about the tides. At low tide you can't go from Hingham harbor easily as the water level gets too low. I have almost gotten stuck in my kayak.
