Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, answering inquiries and resolving issues related to insurance policies
- Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA regulations and guidelines to ensure the confidentiality of client information
- Conduct telemarketing activities to generate leads and promote insurance products and services
- Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, claims processing, and policy renewals
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and changes in insurance policies to provide accurate information to clients
- Work with financial advisors on incorporating insurance products including life, long-term care and Medicare supplements into a client's financial plan
Qualifications:
- Life & Health Insurance licenses are required
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and guidelines is required
- Medicare experience is a plus
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to effectively handle customer inquiries and resolved issues in a professional manner
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications for data entry and record keeping
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
