The woman, Madeleine, is the key witness in a high-profile FBI case and her supposed captors are the agents assigned to guard her. OK, a little gross sometimes. Always a happy ending. Small time Sheriff protects a girl so she could testify. Set up mainly for the joke's I would assume.
