August 5, 1970 - April 24, 2023
William "Bill" Lamb, 52, passed away Thursday, April 20, 2023.
A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, May 13, 2023, at Forbis & Dick Stokesdale. The family will receive friends from 10 until 10:45 a.m.
He was born August 5, 1970, in Yonkers, New York to Honoria Kennedy Lamb of High Point, NC and the late William Francis Lamb, Jr. He served three combat actions in the United States Marine Corps.
In addition to his mother, Bill is survived by his wife, Melania Cormack Lamb, two sons, William Anthony Lamb, and Michael David Lamb, both of High Point, North Carolina; two stepchildren, Joseph Martin Kidwell and Veronica James Kidwell, both of Stokesdale, North Carolina; brothers, Thomas Martin Lamb (Lana) of Saline, Michigan, Joseph Michael Lamb ( Beverly) of Lexington, North Carolina; his sister Patricia Anne Goins (Robert) of Chandler, Arizona, and many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Wounded Warrior Project, PO Box 758516, Topeka, Kansas 66675-8516.
