Do not stay at this hotel. If I could rate it minus stars I would. Blood stains. Mould damp. A noise coming from the room that sounds like a jumbo jet is ready to take off. Bed not made on entry, sticky and dirty everything. Oh and when you need a shower your legs touch the toilet seat as the shower is above the toilet. Not fit for a animal to live there let alone a human. I REPEAT TO NOT STAY, FULL OF CRACK HEADS AND THE BUILDING STINKS LIKE RUBBISH AND DRUGS.
I had a dreadful stay here whilst starting a new job. I booked whilst I mode the move to London to buy myself some time whilst looking for a permanent place to live. Every night I was kept awake until 3 or 4 am by ‘Vibez’, the lovely bar next door which features topless barmaids, which gives you a insight into the local area around Stay Club. Turns out having a couple of hours sleep in a dirty room that stinks of damp isn’t all that great. My girlfriend came to stay one evening and the night security guard chased us around asking for £15 for some reason, not really sure what that fee would have covered as there was nothing in the way of cleaning during my stay. We refused to pay and he sort of accepted that it was mad that it was a policy. I booked for a month but left after a week because it was horrific. Didn’t get a refund, the older chap on reception told me they “don’t do refunds”. Stay Club is not a club I’d like to be a part of. Save yourself the trouble.…
Just spent a night here with friends going to watch football at Wembley. The staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms are basic but clean and it's amazingly priced in keeping with the star rating and the location. Use with a view to it being a great place to stay and access London, nothing more.
This place is really not what it is made out to be. It may look "stylish" and clean on the website but do not be misled!! The negative reviews on here are entirely accurate! The first room I was given was frankly disgusting. Urine stains on toilet seat, mould growing in the sink, stains in the bathroom around the toilet, blood stains and other "circles" on the bed that had come through the sheet. Chewing gum on the window ledge. Kitchen area was sticky. There is a very strange smell of rotting rubbish throughout the entire "hotel", thankfully I was moved to a different room further away from the smell. Also the room just seemed not to have been cleaned apart from the bleach left down the toilet, which to me seemed like a "of course we clean properly" kind of gesture. There are so many more issues with this place I could go on forever. The bed felt equivalent to one of those gym crash mats that we had at school it really is rock solid. I ended up modifying it with another duvet. My replacement room had a quarter of a window with something on the outside of the building blocking it. So I was trapped with a blacked out window and a foul smell... The rooms appear to have been designed by a toddler. you need to be an acrobat to be able to reach the power sockets that are tucked well out of the way under the desk. if youre unlucky enough to survive the 5m dash from light switch to bed at night then unfortunately for you you'll be able to experience breakfast in the morning... The breakfast I prebooked with my stay is insulting... Im fairly sure the food hygiene should be rated in the minuses. genuinely shockingly grim. I will be making a formal complaint and will be expecting a refund. Plesse don't stay here even if it looks great and is affordable. it is miserable and crap. Im on the edge of reporting this place to trading standards... Use that as a guide to quite how bad it is. Luckily it was a short ish stay!…
The worst place ever for event and scholarship , the organisation completely unprofessional!! They overbooked too much classes, no problem solving at all and the customer service is really bad. If you thinking to organise meeting of scholarships here, forget it!!
