Which is totally understandable. Which is why I do appreciate that with these LucasArts remasterings, you can switch between the original and remastered versions.
Yes that's the only reason I'd buy a remaster; if it had the remaster plus the original version for those who prefer it. You're actually the first person I've seen that is civil about it. Other people think I'm crazy for preferring the old version to a shiny new version.
Bah. No need getting angry over differening opinions about a video game. I grew up on those games and played them in their original form, but I actually like the remastered graphics, sound/music, and sometimes interface. But because I grew up on them, I like switching back and forth at least to see the difference.

Personally hoping for Loom and Curse of Monkey Island i know that Shafer didn't work on CMI.
May have done some consulting or something on the background.
Also Outlaws or anything of the Darkforces/Jedi Knight series would be awesome as well.
