"We have been waiting patiently for Cantina El Dorado to open, and the wait was worth it! Went in on a Thursday around 6 was busy, but was able to get 2 seats at the bar. We were greeted immediately by the friendly bartender. The ambiance is nice, I would say felt a scale above your typical Mexican restaurant. They give you chips and salsa on the house to start. Their salsa is really good! We ordered chicken fajitas and a burrito bowl. They seem to use fresh ingredients, which is nice to see. One of the first things I noticed too, is how clean they are. They have full staff so for being newly open, things ran pretty smoothly. Was very impressed and look forward to going back!"
