I am leaving my Hilton dime and [sic] membership for the Marriott platinum challenge and this is my first day and I was greated by a woman Ashley at the front desk who was phenomenal and continued to be so throughout my brief but very pleasant stay the hotel staff was courteous the rooms were nice and clean I actually had glass to drink out of my water or my cokes or whatever this particular location is great for the city I enjoyed being a couple blocks above the “action” great experience thumbs up

Started and ended my trip with Liz at the front desk. Turns out she is a manager. Unfortunate. RUDE, condescending, unapologetic, unaccommodating, combative. Felt like I was inconveniencing her. Was in town with a large group that spent a ton of money at the hotel over 3 nights and 4 days. Most of the staff were friendly but the ones that weren't ruined it for the rest. Realize that there are shortages everywhere these days, and I am respectful and understanding of that, but management at this property should not be using this as a crutch for poor service. Customer service is NOT a priority at this property - with the exception of Daniella at the bar and the staff that were taking care of our group dinner (didn't get names). The hotel itself does not live up to the physical hype - peeling wall paper everywhere, stains on the ceiling in our guest room, empty shampoo/body wash containers in the shower, no fridge in the room as a standard (have to request one), bar stools are falling apart, front entrance is filthy (a broom would do wonders), lobby furniture needs a refresh, hotel does not accept cash payment, lobby bar does not accept room charges and the Skye Bar was closed during our stay due to staffing issues, even though we were told it would be open. We prepaid a considerable amount for a parking pass for our bus. The hotel gave our driver a hard time on Saturday night when he found the parking spot occupied. Luckily, we had a printed parking pass, given to us by the hotel, so the driver waited while the owners of the cars moved their cars so the bus could park. Unacceptable. The room rate is way too high for such a run-down property with such poor service. I would never stay here again - personally or for business - and would strongly suggest anyone look elsewhere. Not worth it at all.

Gerran and mike was great with valet services the hotel was awesome I will be staying at the Sheraton again we came for a 49ers game and everything was great. The location of the hotel is in waking distance of the stadium and lots of restaurants

I want to specifically shout out Dimitri he went out if his way to help me pack up my wheel chair after pulling my car around I'm a very timely manner. The hotel was also very nice and the rooms where a nice size compared to others.

The valet serv was great I did not have to wait more than 5 minutes each time I got my car. Dimitri was one of the people that got my car thpe most and he really hustled. Nashville was great to us while we were there. We will be back in 2022.

Our valets were awesome, especially Savanna who went above and beyond with helping our family finalize our plans. We appreciated the responsiveness of the staff. They were kind enough to get our car as fast as possible.

Valet parking may be expensive ($50+/night), but Zach was absolutely awesome. I requested my vehicle from the QR code on my ticket (you can text also), and the car was outside before I made it to the lobby, and I was only on the 3rd floor! The Sheraton’s food selection was surprisingly VERY good…I’d even say GREAT on some selections. Arguably some of the best eats in Nashville.

Great place! Clean with very friendly staff. Zach (valet) was extra helpful and friendly. The location of this hotel was perfect. My room was very clean, the meeting rooms and staff were very friendly and took care of all our needs. Highly recommend!

I had no water issues or noise issues this week - but I was also on the 22nd floor which would make it quieter
It was only a short ride by car, less than 15 minutes. Distance is about 10 miles.
There is also a golf cart from that hotel that takes you to the popular places downtown and back, a nice feature from noon to midnight for some. Reservations required.
