Virginia, northern and central Virginia, and central and western
Maryland.

Isolated severe thunderstorms with damaging winds and large hail
are possible late this evening into the early overnight hours. The
main area of concern is west of I-81 near the Pennsylvania
border.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday

this afternoon and evening, generally between 4 PM and midnight.
Damaging wind gusts are the primary threat, but large hail and a
tornado are possible.

Low relative humidity values, dry fuels and gusty southwest winds
will lead to increased fire danger today.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday.

There is a risk of strong to severe thunderstorms Monday afternoon
and evening as a cold front drops south through the area. Strong
wind gusts are the primary threat, though a few instances of large
hail are possible.

also possible.
