Whitman’s Sampler
The things I learned from this show! I had never heard of a Whitman’s Sampler before, and because it is so well written and erudite, I thought Tony meant a sampling of poetry by Walt Whitman as an apology. Who knew?
Listen to yourself, you sound demented.
I thought black was death?
That was real? I thought that was bool-shit.
Also dark chocolate
White, too.
OP understands a Whitman Sampler as a conchept.
Sharp as a fuckin cueball this one.
Poppersh and weird chocolates.
With the Whitman samplers, the fasting and those god damn deal-a-meal cards.
I thought he was on the Atkins?
He was gay…Walt Whitman?
AIDS?
Nobody's got AIDS.
I don’t wanna hear that word in here again!
Longfellow, too...I think.
Sharp as a fucking cue ball, this one.
I wish the lawd would take me now
Oh, poor you!
Wrong show. They sampled Walt Whitman in that pygmy thing over on AMC.
Fucking Walt Whitman ova’ here.
Walter White ova here. 🧑🏼🦲
Whitman's Samplers are so good
Now that you mention it, a box of chocolates was the motif for the Johnny Sack story line. Tony sarcastically offering him a Withman's sampler as an apology could have struck a raw nerve. Particularly because repeatedly sampling the assorted chocolates in the box, leads to overeating.
My favorite prank was to call Guitar Center and ask the audio guys if they had the new Whitmans Sampler in stock 😂
