What is Free IPTV?
Oftentimes, IPTV is a paid service that users can expect to pay anywhere from $10-30 per month. However, there are also free apps available that don’t cost anything.
These free IPTV apps are perfect for the Amazon Firestick, Fire TV, Fire TV Cube, and other Fire TV devices.
These apps also work great on Android devices such as MECOOL Boxes, NVIDIA Shield, Chromecast with Google TV, generic Android TV Boxes, and more.
See our popular list of Best IPTV Boxes for the best devices available for streaming live TV.
For those using Roku devices, these apps are not compatible due to Roku’s closed operating system. However, watching IPTV on Roku devices is still possible.
Although some of these apps are available in the Amazon App Store and Google Play Store, some apps come from a 3rd party and will need to be “side-loaded” using the Downloader App.
While some of these free apps work well, they are not always reliable. Oftentimes, streams are only available in SD (Standard Definition) and can contain ads and buffering.
If you want reliable, high-quality Live TV with minimal buffering, TROYPOINT suggests purchasing an inexpensive IPTV service.
These services provide thousands of live HD channels across a variety of categories for a small monthly fee including local options.
See our detailed guide below for more information on the legality of IPTV and everything you need to know before streaming.

Troy [or other readers]: Are you familiar with one with a stylized YS as a name? I don’t know much about it –or this whole IPTV technology yet — but there seem to be a LOT of channels available to watch (hundreds, at least, I would guess.) I don’t see it on this list, so I don’t know if it’s not good, or just unknown to you. My “other half” signed up for it a few weeks ago, and now I wonder if it, the first one he discovered, compares well to others.

What do you recommend for sports like nfl or nba I have apollo but it does buffer at times ,thanks
-
I have Apollo and mine stopped all buffering when i installed a VPN. I have surfshark and it works great with Apollo. Some ISP providers automatically throttle your internet connection for IPTV urls. Check out a good VPN there relly reasonable. Surfshark has been the Best investment I’ve made aside from Apollo itself .
Cheers

The livenettv app doesn’t seem to work very well. Non of French channels are working. I even tried with a VPN in different locations including France, different players etc but all the links are dead. The same goes for a lot of the non French channels in general. In fact the only channel I could get to work was the BBC World service. I never tried all the Pakistani, Indian channels etc.
-
Here’s another application I’ve discovered, it’s called “Pick TV – Live TV”, it’s live and it’s free, no registration.
Mobdro gone. livenettv no longer showing live sports feeds. Bit by bit Amazon and Google are winning the war on free iptv.
I like tvtap. It works pretty well for me but it lags with the VPN on
The problem with apps like TvTap and Redbox is you don’t have any program guides. Now they are good if you have gone on line, found when your program is on and the channel it’s on and you actually have that channel in one of those apps. For me Ola TV does that with 30000+ channels. Lots of work initially but way more selection.
