I was seeking something for my cat and a new brand for myself. The cat products wereny priced terribly. The other products were priced a little high but not unheard of. The rep was friendly and knowledgeable about the products.

I highly recommend this CBD store to anyone looking to explore the benefits of CBD. It's a place where you'll not only find high-quality products but also receive excellent guidance and support from a team that genuinely cares about your well-being. Five stars all the way!

My fiancée and I had a very bad experience here.
The girl working here was incredibly rude, talked over me, berated questions saying she was "getting to them" and completely missed the point. Tried to act like she was educated about the product to the point of being extremely rude. I asked if the CBD tinctures had any alcohol in it, being sugar cane alcohol or whatever else, and she made an extremely rude face and still didn't get to the point. She does not represent the store well at all with her harsh and "rough" attitude.
My fiancée and I will not be coming back, as we already found better prices and worth somewhere else right after.

They have a fairly small selection of oils, edibles (like gummies) and pills but as the market grows I'm sure their selection will too.

I purchased a $30 bag of anxiety dog treats to help my dog with his issues around children and hopefully it'll work. I also purchased a $70 bottle of flavored drops to aid in insomnia. They are more expensive than the online stores but definitely less expensive than the well established brands out of Colorado and Washington.

I will caution about remembering to keep your valuables close to you because I forgot to put my wedding band of 10 years back on after sampling their lotion and it disappeared in less than an hour. Insomnia messes with your day to day mental functions so I'm kicking myself in the butt about the irony here. It's not a very busy store but sticky hands are everywhere. The CBD oil better be good for anxiety 'cause I sure have a ton of it now!

I would have to agree with others that one of the sales person is a little rude. I will try again but I will make sure there is a different salesperson when I go. For now I will go elsewhere. The variety seemed good though

The woman working at this store had absolute ZERO knowledge about CBD oil. She had never heard of Charlotte's Web CBD oil which is probably the most popular CBD oil in the US. She didn't know the difference from Sativa, Indica and Hybrid CBD oils. She insisted that Pineapple Express and Lemon haze are just flavors, not strains. ‍ Seriously, the ignorance here is ridiculous and if customers are also naive to different strains you may go in to this store looking for something to help you sleep, but end up with a strain meant for depression that will make it impossible to sleep. I would say to avoid this place unless if you are already knowledgeable on the benefits of different CBD oil strains. Leafly.com has all the info you need.

Nice store, very clean. The girl inside skipped over me, I know I am short but I was right in front of you. She started off talking to me then went over to a couple that had just walked in.She didnt seem knowledgeable about the product and its uses. The man that was working there knew all about product, its uses and takes it himself. He also asked me at the register if they had helped me enough?

Very friendly staff and knowledgeable! Helped me find a remedy to soothe my nausea from the plane, I have never been to Georgia and being a first timer I felt super anxious! I truly understand and can appreciate Cbd to the max now, and if I ever find myself here again I'll be sure to return and recommend this store!

The CBD Store in Augusta rocks! If you want an upscale, boutique style experience when deciding what type of CBD is best for you visit them today! Genevieve was engaging, knowledgeable and extremely sensitive to my CBD needs. The staff overall are friendly and courteous and well versed in their products. The location is convenient and easily accessible. I have been on the CBD oil for almost two months and my symptoms have completely disappeared thanks to the knowledgeable staff helping me determine my dosing. I have bought other CBD products online that have done nothing for my symptoms and I have actually paid more to get no benefits. The CBD store in Augusta has competitive pricing and an array of products!! Highly recommend!!
