Outlet Sale Events generally happen about once a month, however, not always. It is almost impossible to predict when, how often, or how much returned product arrives at our warehouse.  As such, sale events only take place when we have enough inventory to give shoppers a good selection.

You must purchase a ticket to be admitted inside the warehouse during a sale event — tickets for the next outlet sale event are on sale on EventBee.

Tickets are sold exclusively via EventBee.com.  Please visit our profile on EventBee to see the next available tickets.

You may arrive 30 minutes prior to the entrance time on your EventBee ticket. 

All customers must use the warehouse parking lot upon arrival. Adjacent parking lots are not permitted unless directed there by warehouse staff. This only occurs if our parking lot is full.

Please plan your arrival accordingly for these times listed. If you arrive earlier and proceed to park your vehicle in the off-limit parking areas, you will be asked to move, and come back at designated times. We do this out of respect for our neighboring businesses.

Once inside and you have located the product you wish to purchase, you may mark the product with your name (most people use return address labels or tape).

If you are the first person to tag the cabinet or product, place a #1 beside your name.  If you are the 2nd person, place your label on product and a #2. This is all on “the HONOR system.”  Please do not remove another person’s label.  Anyone caught doing so will be escorted from the building.  Products will not be written up for anyone if there are two #1’s on cabinet.

Employees wearing orange vests/or sweatshirts are the receipt writers, and they will write all your purchase on a receipt and place a grease pencil mark thru each label-this mark will tell other customers and warehouse staff that the product is being purchased.

Once all the product is written on a receipt you will proceed to the cashier’s booth to pay, once this is completed, your product will be gathered and taken to the dock area.

If you have a cabinet you are interested in that has already been tagged by another customer, and you are #2, you may have the customer paged starting at 9:30am by going to the kitchen desk. You will need to provide customer #1 name, and your own. We will then page the customer, and they have 10 minutes to respond if they don’t respond to the page, you will be permitted to purchase the cabinet.

All cabinets in racks are $100 for wall (upper) cabinets, and $105 for bases cabinets, unless otherwise marked.

Bathroom vanities, pantry/tall cabinets are each priced individually.

Full kitchens sets are priced separately.

Once purchase has been paid, warehouse personal will gather product, and take to dock area. We have personnel at the dock who will check the receipt to ensure customer has their product prior to loading.

Customers are responsible to load their own product.  Loading assistance is NOT available.

Customer must bring appropriate size vehicle to transport their product safely. If the customer needs to rent a truck, they may do so, but the product will can be left at the dock, and is the customers responsibility.

All product purchased the day of the sale must be out of the building by 12:30pm the day of sale. It can be loaded by customer after 1230p, but we do not hold cabinets to pickup at later date.

We do not publish an inventory list. Due to the nature of returned merchandise, it is difficult to predict with any precision the types of cabinet styles of finish colors that you’ll find during any particular sale event. 

As with all of our inventory, the amount is dictated by how many inbound loads we receive between sale events. We generally have between 10-15 kitchen sets available – but that is not guaranteed – at times we have had 30. Any kitchen that does not sell at a particular event will be for sale at the next sale, and the price will be the same.

Tickets are non- refundable, regardless if you’re not able to attend or if you do not end up making a purchase. Tickets will only be refunded in the rare instance we need to cancel a sale event. In this case, a refund will be issued to the cardholder who purchased the tickets via EventBee.

The cabinetry we sell is returned product. This means a homeowner purchased the cabinets, but returned them for whatever reason. The products found at our outlet sale events are considered “seconds” and DO NOT carry any warranty, stated or implied.

We have signage throughout warehouse stating this policy as well.

Over 95% of current inventory is the KraftMaid brand and can be purchased at Home Depot, Lowes, or Menards. Our remaining inventory is made up of Merillat and Quality brand cabinets which are remnants. It is highly suggest to only buy here – and plan your purchase accordingly.

Nearly all the KraftMaid brand cabinets have a label behind the face frame, on the top rail. You can ask an employee for assistance to determine the door/style and finish codes. This information will be useful when obtaining additional cabinets through a home improvement center or an independent dealer/showroom.

We function primarily as a warehouse, not as a retail store.  As such, there are numerous safety concerns which prevent us from admitting anyone under the age of 16.  

Anyone entering the warehouse must be at least 16 years of age.  Your child of 16+ years must also have a ticket to enter.

That’s probably because we recently changed our name.  You may have previously known us as the “KraftMaid Outlet Warehouse” or the “Warren Warehouse.”  Rest assured, that is the only thing that has changed.  We are still run by the same people, and our products continue to come from the same sources.
