What is Jr. Champions?
Jr. Champions is the official kids club of University of North Dakota Athletics and is free to ALL members. As a member of Jr. Champions, you receive many great benefits (benefits can vary year to year).
Who can be a Jr. Champions member?
Membership is open to all kids age 2 through eighth grade. Those in 8th grade, must be entering 8th grade in the current year of membership to qualify. You must rejoin every year to renew your membership and receive a NEW t-shirt and other fun stuff!
How do I register?
Registration for the 2024-25 season will open in early July 2024.
What does my membership include?
- Free Jr. Champions t-shirt, lanyard and membership card
- Free bookmark and other goodies
- Free admission to all regular season home games for men's basketball, women's basketball, and volleyball
- TICKETS FOR EACH GAME SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY
- Exclusive discounts to select regular season home football [$5 youth ticket]
- Exclusive discounts to select regular season home hockey [$10 youth ticket]
- Opportunities to be the Jr. Champions Captain of the Game
- Captains of the game are selected at random throughout the season. You will receive an EMAIL if you are selected.
- A birthday card good for a free large one-topping pizza courtesy of Deek's Pizza
- Official monthly e-newsletter [emailed]
How do we redeem the free/discounted Jr. Champion youth ticket?
All free/discounted youth tickets must be redeemed/purchased in-person at the Ralph Engelstad Arena Ticket Office. When redeeming/purchasing the Jr. Champion youth ticket, you are able to purchase any additional tickets you may need. All tickets will be seated together. All tickets are subject to availability. Tickets can be purchased in-person in advance.
Please note that discounted tickets for football and hockey are available for select games only. A full list of those games can be found
here.
DO NOT purchase your tickets separately. This will put your party in different locations. [ie. DO NOT purchase 2 adult tickets online and purchase 1 discounted Jr. Champion hockey ticket at the ticket office window. This will likely end up having your tickets in separate locations.]

Ralph Engelstad Arena Box Office is located on the east side of Ralph Engelstad Arena in the main lobby (10am – 6pm M-F and 10am - 2pm Saturday) except holidays.
