Janelle Brown's journey on Sister Wives has been full of surprises, but new rumors that the reality star left Kody Brown and moved to Utah with her fellow sister wife Christine Brown might be the most shocking turn of events yet. Of all the Sister Wives stars, Janelle has one of the better relationships with her spiritual husband, Kody. Janelle and Kody have been married since 1993, and although their relationship hasn't been perfect, Janelle tends to be one of Kody's biggest supporters. Kody is known to butt heads with his first wife, Meri Brown, who the polygamist patriarch confessed to wishing he didn't marry. Recently, Kody and Christine have struggled to see eye to eye as well. Christine is mad at Kody for proposing that the family live on his Coyote Pass plot of land in Arizona. In the Sister Wives season 16 trailer, Christine expressed her frustration with Kody as all the reality star wants is to return to Utah. Since the trailer dropped, reports have broken that indicate Christine has made the move to Utah without Kody.
Janelle hasn't shared as much disdain for Kody's Arizona home plan, however, recent activity on Janelle's Instagram has some fans thinking Kody's second wife has ditched him and joined Christine in her Utah move. On Reddit, a viewer shared a picture from Janelle's Instagram story in which the Sister Wives star discussed setting up a new wifi modem. The Reddit poster hypothesized, "Plot twist. I wonder if Janelle has moved into the other half of Christine’s duplex." Another fan commented, "Both of them have been traveling together too... I would be happy for both of them if they finally got away." More recently, Janelle shared a picture with three of her children at the movie theater without Kody, adding more evidence to the theory that Janelle is no longer with her husband in Arizona.
In addition to the Sister Wives star's Instagram activity, it's possible Janelle has left Kody because of her recent show of independence. This past summer, Janelle made the unexpected choice to live on her own in an RV. It's possible that all of the time Janelle was forced to spend away from Kody and the rest of the Brown family compelled her to ditch the Arizona settlement.
Janelle appeared to be content with Kody in Arizona, but new information suggests the sister wife might've broken from her almost 30-year marriage. From posting pictures in a new home without Kody to her frustration with the COVID protocol Robyn put in place, fans are warming up to the idea that Janelle moved back to Utah.
