Story
I'm new to Fire Emblem and i found about this messed up story. I can't even digest it on my stomach for a day. I never should read FE wikipedia just because i'm curious of the the characters background. I see a lot of disturbing story other than this too. I think i couldn't calm on this unless there's proper conclusion
So i read on wiki that after she lost her memories everything just turn wrong. Though most fans seems to remember her pre- memories lost story compare to post memories lost. There's few questions i want to ask to Fire Emblem Readers considering i just mostly know all of this from Books and Wiki
First Question
What Sigurd death look like ? Did he reunite with Deirdre on his last breath ? Did he die tragically ?
I heard he got killed by nonother than Arvis who stole Deirdre. But before that Arvis allowed Sigurd to meet his wife before Arvis goes with his plan to kill him. But i dont know what Deirdre and Sigurd reunion look like. Do they exchange words or did Sigurd know Arvis make her his wife and mostly what Sigurd last Moment look like. Please tell me at least Deirdre gave him a proper parting words before he got killed
Second Question
Do Seliph hate her own mother ?
I heard Seliph doesnt know anything about her brainwashing and thought she betrayed him because she sided with Arvis who killed his father. Though in wiki it said he met his father mother spirit after he avenged Sigurd. So i want to know when is the moment he know the truth about her mother
Third Question
Do Arvis killed Sigurd because he's afraid that he probably Deirdre husband or they just a common enemies ?
Like i said i didn't know the stories so i don't know the relationship between Arvis and Sigurd even before Deirdre lost her memories

Do Arvis and Deirdre ever feels regret ?
Deirdre regretting the whole thing after recovering a part of her memories about Sigurd was kinda obvious from the start (i heard she's not really recover full of her memories even on her last breath when she got killed by her own son) and she's not angry at Arvis for killing Sigurd, this probably cause she's not fully recover her memories yet but who knows. I think this is the part where most fans become irritated of her. But what about Arvis ? What his last moment look like. I think that if somehow he feel like Deirdre belong to Sigurd and not him on his last moment it would make him little bit compensated for killing Sigurd
Final Question
What's this Afterlife things ? It said Sigurd reunited with Deirdre and live happily ever after is that true ?
This Afterlife thing have been mentioned a lot in wiki. It said [In the afterlife, when she appears to Seliph with Sigurd, she laments Arvis' death]. Though i kinda happy that both of them who died tragically finally reunited even though it's not on this world (poor Arvis though). But because of the ambiguity of this Afterlife thing i dont know if i could call this proper happy conclusion.

Although tbf the game has no definitive answer for OP question its because has been set that way to left players with their own interpretstion.

It's one of those things that you kinda need to play the game to properly understand. Reading the wiki on their story doesn't properly give the full explanation.
As you clearly don't care about spoilers, here are very simple terms & phrases to answer your individual questions.
Question 1: Sigurd encountered a memory wiped Deirdre at the side of Arvis. Deirdre remembered who Sigurd was as he called out to her. Arvis grew tired of Sigurd's existence, commanded his ambush to rain meteors on Sigurd's army, and Arvis personally vaporized Sigurd with a super focused ray of heat courtesy of his Valflame holy tome.
Question 2: Seliph had zero reason to hate his mother Deirdre. He was still an infant by the time Deirdre was taken. Seliph took part in his quest to clear Sigurd's name vicariously through himself and defeat the evil behind the evil.
Question 3: Arvis betrayed Sigurd's trust as it was him & his land that was the last obstacle on the continent to have the Grannvale Empire reign supreme, but was ultimately bamboozled by Manfroy's cult. He knew Deirdre was married to Sigurd, and it was a love at first sight thing when Manfroy captured Deirdre & introduced her to Arvis. Due to major holy blood reasons, if they had children, one of them would become the host to Loptous, furthering Manfroy's plans.
Question 4: Arvis had a very long winded plan. He dearly loved Deirdre, knowing full well they were half siblings shortly after their meeting. By the time Seliph's army got to him, he knew that he had failed, and that Julius grew too powerful for even Arvis to stop. He knew that Seliph could. During their fight, even though Arvis wasn't going to back down from it, he specifically used words to steel Seliph's resolve to strike him down with Tyrfing, the holy weapon he had kept safe until the decision was made to return it to Seliph when the time was right. For Deirdre, she loved all of her children (Julia, Seliph & Julius) very much, but knew Julius was going down a turbo dark spiral, and sacrificed herself so that Julia could escape, and for a revived Lewyn to eventually find her & keep her with Seliph.
Question 5: Sigurd & Deirdre were able to reunite in spirit form, presumably due to their major holy bloods, and the gods allowing them the chance to be together again. Seliph was able to meet them near the end of his journey. Deirdre is Arvis' half sister, was married, had two children with him (Julius & Julia), and knew deep down that despite Arvis being a "bad guy", he wasn't a bad guy and was being turbo manipulated behind the scenes.

Its from supplement media we got extensive answer from Deirdre Sigurd and Arvis.
The manga arguably best choice for you to read. Fe4 has many manga so you can pick ones each did expanding Deirdre Sigurd relationship in satisfying way with Oosawa manga taking the lead.
Oh avoid to read Suzuki fe4 novel though. You wouldn't like that novel content unless you are Arvis fan

1.Sigurd got murdered in a surprise attack by arvis, where he basically got ntred then killed. He did "reunite" w deirdre but she was brainwashed so she didn't know it was him. Tragic end but ghosts exist in fe so he's basically a ghost till seliph helps him pass on later.
2. Seliph is firstly a "bishonen" basically just a feminine looking male. Seliph doesn't even really know what deirdre looks like so he doesn't really care, until he meets her ghost later n helps her pass on.
3. You're entirely correct arvis was worried deirdre would remember and turned on him at the last second, killing him and a lot of his troops.
4. Yeah, before each of their deaths they express regret for allowing the 3 siblings to suffer through the tragedy of war and lacking good parenting at a young age (seliph is 17/18 Julia and Julius are 15/16.)
5. They basically just die knowing that one of their kids is ok and will be fine. It's still pretty sad though. Sigurd in engage clearly regrets doing what he did long long long after death so its not like a super happy but a bittersweet one. (This isn't even close to the most messed up stuff in jugdral.)
