Five seasons in, the main cast of Virgin River has grown over time, with new additions added each season and a few characters leaving the cast here and there. In season 5, former main cast member Grayson Gurnsey is no longer in the series as Ricky, and Lauren Hammersely’s role as Charmaine has been reduced to recurring. The season 5 main cast received an addition in Kandyse McClure as the new character Kaia.

Virgin River season 5 new characters

For the fifth season of Virgin River, lots of new characters join the cast to stir the pot for various relationships. One of the most prominent new characters, a firefighter by the name of Kaia, becomes a love interest for Preacher. Kandyse McClure became the only new main cast member for season 5, while others are still prominent but are recurring or guest stars.
