Can you please go to that website in Internet Explorer (the big 'e' program icon), not Firefox or Chrome, etc.?

Put the above website in the address bar on the top in Internet Explorer, then press the Enter key:

, then join session, and allow the ScreenConnect program to download / open / run, and try any other option it gives you as needed.

Edit: Please allow the ScreenConnect program to run from your antivirus/security program (if needed, disable your antivirus/security program temporarily).

And/or can you please tell me exactly what happens when you register for a POF account at the website http://www.pof.com/register.aspx? What's the exact error or message?
