Please refresh!!
There is a lot of deferred maintenance at this property. Appears the toilet was replaced in our room, but the old plumbing holes are still there. The elevator cars show some wear. The deck around the pool has places where the concrete is missing or deteriorating. We stayed 5 days and our room never had housekeeping. We called to request it and were quizzed as to check-in/checkout dates and why we needed it. We were handed a bag of fresh towels, but no one cleaned the room. The entire hotel smells of stale smoke We use to stay here often in the 90’s and loved the hotel; however, now it is in need of a large refresh!! The location is still great for skiing Heavenly! And every room has 2 bathrooms!! Just wish it would get repaired and improved !!

Best night of sleep
Best night of sleep in my life. I don't know what mattress they used in the executive rooms but it was amazing. The view was great and so was the staff. How do I find out what mattress company they use because we want to switch out mattress at home to what this hotel uses ?? Amazing

Dissatisfied
Was dissatisfied with how we where treated there was no communication front desk did not help with our questions. The charter air was no help either . We where celebrating my birthday was so disappointed with the hole trip. The other issues were with our hotel room and the way we were treated at the front desk at reno, they got our dates wrong would not listen to us or see our reservation information from Ceasars on our cell phone. And did not give us the room that Ceasars charter air gave us with the air, king premium room and charter bus included in the trip. There was a bus on Tuesday February 28th at 10 o'clock am that did go to lake tahoe but only 10 people in the group from san antonio were told about it and they made it, but the rest of us about 135 people were left in reno, our trip was to lake tahoe and i was not supose to be charged for that trip!!! so I called around on the second night until I got intouch with the right Ceasars manager and finally got a king room and he even made it a suit and compted it, which on check out I was charged for the whole 4 night stay but at lake tahoe Ceasars hotel...

Executive Spa Suite from the 1950s
Stayed at the Executive Spa Suite - supposedly a premium room that was renovated 12 years ago. Other than the lazy chairs, everything else in the room (carpet, walls, doors, furniture ex lazy chairs) feels like it was lifted from a 1950's garage sale. Pros: Beautiful views of Lake Tahoe. Good sized fridge (also old). Bathrooms did feel as if they were updated 12 years ago and having 2 full sized bathrooms were a plus.
