Not only does this coming Friday mean our fourth official Alien Day, it’s also the release day for the final two entries of Fox and Tongal’s Alien: 40th Anniversary Shorts! The teaser trailer for Alien: Alone has now been uploaded to the official Alien Anthology outlets and is available to get you in the mood for the last shorts!
Hope, an abandoned crew member aboard the derelict chemical hauler Otranto, has spent a year trying to keep her ship and herself alive as both slowly fall apart. After discovering hidden cargo, she risks it all to power up the broken ship in search of human life.
The shorts are usually released online at 9am PST/5pm BST but how IGN is going to handle the release of both of the shorts is currently unknown but I assume they’ll both go up at the same time. Alien: Alone was written and directed by Noah Miller.
Following Alone’s release on Friday, be sure to check back in with AvP Galaxy for our intervew with Noah!
