Question
I'm trying to get 153 kudos for varrock hard, am at 150 right now and if I can get the 5 kudos for completing What Lies Below I'd be fine but for some reason I can't turn it in. It's still telling me to find out about the cult of chaos mages near Varrock, but below that the quest is crossed out because I did it. What more do I need to do?

You need to get a book from the varrock palace library in order to claim the kudos
And turn it in at the museum upstairs.
