Scam - paying for 4 when only one ordered! But at least, I was finally able to get it to work.
Same story here: I ordered one, they charged me for four. Within seconds of my ordering, I emailed then to say I wanted only one. They told me a bullshit story about it being too late to cancel; so I was stuck with four.
I scanned and downloaded their app, but it wouldn't work (same problem that countless people have complained about - the app is stuck at the "pairing mode" even though my phone and the device says it has been paired!
I contacted the company many times, but always got a standard reply that they are currently very busy and will reply in due course. They asked me to fill out a form on their website which would be sent to their tech support team. I did so, and still didn't get any reply for three weeks.
As my 30 days was nearly up, I contacted them to say I wanted to return and get a full refund for all 4 devices. They sent me their form AFTER the 30 days, and then said it was too late for me to return it. I was totally frustrated by their scam tactics.
However, some good news: I went to Google Playstore and there were several other apps for their device, and I downloaded one today that actually worked! So at least, I have a device that now works.
I'll be giving the other three away as presents to friends and advising them to use the app that I just downloaded, and not the app that you get if you scanned their QR code.

Scam Report- Enence Translators
Much like others have reported, I thought that I would order this translator for a trip that my spouse and I are going on in January. When I ordered one and went through the endless amount of prompt questions (to spend more $ than you expect) it too said that I ordered 4 when I DID NOT. I immediately sent an email and of course a refund was denied because they "didn't get the message quick enough". Since I emailed them 30 seconds after my transaction, I call BS. I have emailed for a full refund and return label to ship all 4 items back and had no response. The one translator that I purchased doesn't work either. This is very much a scam and warn ANYBODY READING to report their negative experiences as soon as you can.

Scam! Sending more than you order and making it very hard and costly to return
I ordered 1 and got 4 in mail, they wanted me to mail back the other 3 at my expense. I read about other people with the same problem and they wanted them mailed to Lithuania at my expense.
I told them it wasn’t my error. They tried to give me a extended warranty, then they offered 50% off, I declined. Then they offered 70% off and I could keep all 4. I told them I would accept keeping all 4 for $70.00, but I’m still being charged $235.40, and I paid through pay pal.
I don’t even know if they work, I only wanted 1 for a Christmas gift. This has been a nightmare. I gave it 1 star but I would give it a minus 5 stars with dealing with this company.
There are several sites selling these. Next time I will buy from Amazon!
Same issue for me except that I never got them to actually answer my repeated emails asking for instructions to return all 4, I also paid with PayPal and only ordered 1 but ended up with , and being charged for 4! Have yet to receive any reply. Such a scam!

I bought 1 translator and they sent me and charged me for 5 and now the return policy is i have to pay for postage to Lithuania not to California where it was sent from.
I bought 1 translator and they charged me for 5 too. I called to cancel within 2 hours when I saw the charge and was told to wait to receive it before returning the 4. When I was ready to send products back, the chat agent tried to get me to keep the 4 by giving me offers but I insisted on returning them. I was sent the return information only to find that I was to ship the package back to Lithuania. I was sure to check the company's information before buying and it pointed to the US so I told the agent I will not be responsible for shipping cost and that I would report them as scam and charge back on my form of payment (paypal). After several failed attempts to make me keep the 4 for discounts, the agent gave in and promised that I would get my 100% refund and that I didnt have to ship back. I will request a refund through Paypal if I dont get if back on my card in 5 days. The product may be good but the scam to sell more than a customer needs is appalling. The reviews on their page have to be fake because non speaks to getting overcharged and I know I am not the only one this happened to.

Tinny speaker, erratic usually laughable mis-translations, prolonged response time, needs blue tooth and wifi to work at all--which are frequently not available in the field, especially abroad, when you need it the most!

I bought translators. All failed in the same way. Pressing "me" and saying e.g. Monday gives the
response on the app: "Sorry, can you say that again?"
Ditto using the microphone button and "Montag".
It is connected. If I type "Monday" into the App, in translates and speaks on the device "Montag".
I was forced to pay for return Postage to Lithuania and a 15% restocking fee. I feel scammed.
Do not fall into their rat trap out of Lithuania or is it China, Very ambiguios.
I have just been taken regarding the Mauma [WIFI Router] product I purchased online. I noticed first all, they had a perpetually engaged corporate number, over three weeks and never answered.
They were not even smart enough to have a country code no attached. That in itself says something of a company. Then they supplied me with a tracking number that hadn't allowed me access. to its system. Then they avoided some answers to my questions regarding my experiences. And now I found this online confirming my suspicions...

8/24/21 Customer support Jeff is telling me what Myra S. said 8/13/21 that I will get a full refund for what has been sitting in customs in Lithuania since 7/14/21. An e-mail sent from Myra S. shows a refund of $29.72. I paid on two Enence invoices $34.97 and $227.85 total $262.82. Why does your service and billing for a month and a half continue telling me my refund has not been processed. The bank has been paid what Enence charged me. Totally dissatisfied customer.

The company is so bold as to claim to 100% accuracy?
Technologies aren't just there yet. Even professional translators make nuance mistakes occasionally.
Also the languages are not pre-installed, therefore cannot function as a stand-alone device.
Buyers beware. Don't waste your time/money on this product.

I bought two of these and decided I did not want them. I sent them to Lithuania ($40.00) as directed and after a month they came back marked order expired. I have sent two emails to Muama and they do not respond.

Made in China. Sent from China and returned to that address unopened by Registered mail.
Tried to cancel order and get refund. They offered discount if I kept it. Said no. 2 months later gave me their address an Lithuania if I retrieved the package from the China address. They are in Lithuania not china the address on the package. Steer clear the product is useless even if it arrives.
Is not PRELOADED with 40 languges
Had problems on day one getting the Enence to link up with my iPhone. Would not link to Bluetooth reliably until the latest iOS came out. It would display the words on the iPhone but the speaker was not linked. Purchased 3 units and all three have the same problems
You need the internet to do the actual translation. I purchased this as a standalone Translator, there was not indication that you had to have your smartphone on you. Also it links to the MUAMA server so if the company goes belly up, you have an expansive paperweight.
Customer Service is by e-mail and you could get a reply in 20 minutes or 3 days.
