How Good is Atgames's Customer Service?
Still have not heard back from them
Customer service is a nightmare. Calling their number just goes to a full inbox. Requesting help online to them a few days to respond, then took a day to get back asking me for screen shots of info that's coming right off their web site.
I pre ordered a machine from them. You would think they would want to help a $1.3k sale, and they already have $250 in pre order fees from me, that are non refundable. Very displeased with not even *** help
