The lake is beautiful and the houses on the lake are those out of a magazine! There is no public access as far as beach front but there is a public boat slip. If you've got a million to spare you can have all the access you'd like! But you won't find a house on the water for less than half a million!

Diamond is a very appropriate name for this beautiful lake. The water is crystal clear and sparkles when the sunlight dances on its surface. Water sports and fishing are a constant presence. You will see sailboats whenever the wind picks up a bit. There is a car ferry that transports residents from the public boat launch to the island which is at the center of the lake.
Diamond Lake and Club 50+ (privately owned property) is our favorite hideout whenever we travel to Southwest MI.

huge great lake with residential island in the middle which is open to the public and has a public boat ramp. We enjoyed a boat ride around the lake with friends (over an hour ride and could have been much longer). People were kayaking, canoeing, water skiing, jet skis and more. People were fishing - not a clue what they were catching. Surrounded by lots of wonderful homes ... great place to spend the day or longer.

Diamond Lake is a residential lake and not appropriate for visitors. While they do have a public boat ramp, you are not permitted to leave your trailer there.
