There is WIFI present in overall university campus sometimes it won't work but yes majority of time you can access. 4. there is an official email ID provided by the College to students so that they may access to material online and for other reason also. 5. There are Sport society in merely every College which used to organise events related to sports. I'm also executive member of Sports Society CampusLawCentre

Course Curriculum Overview:

1. I wish to become a lawyer so for that I must have to pursue law and I have completed my graduation so I don't want to waste my time on integrated LLB Programe so I took decision to do LLB. 2. LLB is a professional course which one may choose to become Judge, Lawyer, Corporate Lawyer, Legal Advisor, etc. Basically for all the matter related to legal affairs 3. There is a improvement which I'll suggest that including few more subjects related to Corporate law because after pursuing LLB one have to do LLM to go for Corporate which makes the process little bit more lengthy. 4. Semester exams held with a gap of 6 month. In Starting 4 Semster there are 5 papers of 100 marks and in last 2 Semester there are 6 paper of 100 marks. Generally for promotion to another year one must pass in 5 paper out of 10 in 1st year and 2nd year respectively. and to obtain degree student must pass 30 subjects in overall course.

Faculty:

Our faculty is very good they are all phd holders and some of them are retired high court judges and they are teaching us as professors, but the facutly to student ratio is very high and it makes it hard for the teachers to look after every student, combined classes are very common which affects studies ad it makes it hard to ask doubts and conduct one on one interaction with the teachers. Cancelled classes is also not a rare phenomenon it happens very frequently and there is no substitute teacher available. But even after all this our faculty is great in teaching and you can rely on the information provided by them, the topics taught by them will be very clear in your head. There are different socities in our college which is guided by a faculty member and they provide us guidance on how to organise a seminar how to conduct the events and mentor us through all the event. They also helps us find internship and help us shape our future.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course bachelor of law is not an easy course and it takes alot of hard work to go through it, but law is something that has an impact on the society and having a knowledge of it very essential for the people, the curriculum taught by the college has direct implementation in all the courts and any field related to law, ipc, crpc, hindu marriage act evidence act etc all of these has direct use in day to day basis in the field of law, examinations are held once in six months and the exams are of hundred marks in which 45 marks are required to pass the exam which makes it hard to pass. And the difficulty of exams is moderate to hard.

I know more than a dozen scholars who completed their law degree from Delhi University and I must say I was influenced by their career pursuance. I have a brother who himself has completed law from Delhi University in 2019 which makes a more of an impact on me to pursue law from here. The curriculum has made it possible for the students to face real life situations related to law in second year only . However there are some areas that needs improvements like the teachers need to be in time and they should not cancel their classes at the last moment because some of the students come from a very far away and long distances just to get their classes cancelled Therefore it must be looked into. Overall , the difficulty in examinations was moderate to difficult , teachers refuse to give marks more than 70% .

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions:

The tution fee has been increasing in my college every year and the student union cants do a thing , this is a serious pain in the pockets of middle class people. The yearly fees was 6000 rupees which has increased to 7000 and there are many other expenses such as bare acts and case materials. Several scholarships are awarded to students once or twice a year which may cover more than half of our yearly fees. Moot courts take place every now and then any student can be a part of it.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Curriculum of course is too good because it includes the subject from TORT, CPC, IPC, CONTRACT, FAMILY LAW , EVIDENCE, CONSTITUTIONAL law , COMPANY , INTERNATIONAL LAW , PROPERTY LAW in very which descriptive way . The curriculum includes all the real life case study so it is easy to see the real application of law. I think they do not require much improvement because they keep improving themselves every year. There is semester system and exam held twice every year generally the teach you for four month and then there will be exam and the level of exam is too good that if u get 70% you will be the topper of course.

Faculty:

The faculty to student ratio is very good in university there is no need of more teacher ,they have enough teacher to make u understand things in better way ! Also there is provision for guest faculty who are also very much qualified!! The approach which law faculty follow is similar to all foreign universities where they teach using case study of different cases of supreme court, High court. In faculty you can interact with them any time you want they are always available for you .

The curriculum of the college is bit impressive as thw faculty members provides all the necessary important information regarding the subject and other co- curricular activities. As I'm now in 2nd semester as this course helps me to be a reasonable man as LL.B. is what makes the man due care and reasonable. As this course helps us to know about all the laws of the country that makes us a reasonable man from a simple man. After studying all the laws like IPC, Indian contract act, Constitutional law and other law subjects it helps me to gain more knowledge about the advocacy and the General laws of India and the world. The exam pattern is moderate the question level is standard as it creates more legal thinking in our minds that helps in advocacy.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions:

The fees structure of the college is bit simple as the tuition fees is 13000 including the library charges and Id-card and there are form fees of 500 at the time of admission and 600 enrollment fees in the main university as I was in the affiliated college of the main university. And the rest internal examination fees was 1500 and the rest practical files cost 1000 as the overall fees for the year is something 19000 including every charges so it's simple and easy as college also provides relief to the students to pay the fees in two terms as thw faculty is very understanding and friendly and there was also scholarship is also given to the students.

Ques. Is doing law from Allahabad University good?

● Top Answer By Alankrita Rajbhar on 27 Jul 22

Ans. If you want a career in litigation, then Allahabad University is a good option. You will get ample time and resources to build required skills. Allahabad High Court and lower courts will assist in clearing your basics and make you a professional. It is a good option for judicial services too. You will be able to manage your preparations, as attendance rules aren’t strict.  But for corporate sector jobs, Allahabad University isn’t a good option. Very few companies visit the campus placements.  Allahabad University law degrees are cost-effective compared to NLUs. The total tuition fee for LLB at the university is only INR 2.3 Lakhs. Also, Allahabad isn’t a costly city.Read more

Ques. How do I study for LLB exams and get good marks Im in LLB 1st year since 2 years? How do I write papers from Pune University?

● Top Answer By Sakshi Gupta on 29 Sept 21

Ans. Exams are simple to pass, however gaining necessary information is a little tougher. It's the right technique to make your concepts obvious, mentioning sections and focusing on the bare act. Doing the following would be a lot easier method: Classroom lectures are always the most effective. Making running notes entails writing down what you believe is important. Choose a standard reading book (textbook/reference book) for each subject.  This is the only book you should read if you want to pass your examinations.  An author’s book, often known as a "Commentary," would be beneficial for conceptual clarity as well as legal expertise and terminology. Presentation is another useful tool. You could present the answer in your own distinct style. Make a clear format for how you'll write your answers. The following is an example of a possible response: A brief introduction (A line or two introducing the answer to the question) The case's/facts questions (if any) Provision of the law (Includes Section, Article, Clause if you know it) The inference made by you (the actual answer that is examined) Jurisprudence (if any) Conclusion If the issue is for lower marks, your structure can be simplified, but the Section, Article, Clause, and Case law should still be included. If recalling Sections and other details is tough, focus on the most important ones. When a topic is presented, the rest of the book can be read leisurely with consistent and pertinent references.Read more

Ques. Can a SOL DU graduate student apply for L.L.B regular from a Delhi university?

● Top Answer By Saloni Kaushik on 29 Sept 21

Ans. SOL DU is recognized by UGC, so you will be eligible to apply for a regular LLB from Delhi University. The following are the requirements for admission to Delhi University's law school for the LLB degree program. You must have a Graduate/Post-Graduate Degree from the University of Delhi or its equivalent with at least 50% marks if you are from General and Other Backward Classes (OBC). However, the cut-off marks for OBC applicants in the Entrance Test will be up to 10% lower than the marks announced for general candidates. OBC category students are granted a 5% relaxation in the minimum eligibility requirements.  The widows/wards of defense personnel (CW) category are granted a 5% relaxation in the minimum eligibility requirements for general candidates.  Candidates belonging to the physically handicapped (PH) category are granted a relaxation of up to 5% in the minimum eligibility prescribed for general candidates. You will also need to give an entrance examination if you are applying for this course. I recommend that you contact the relevant university for more information. Read more

Ques. How is Amity University, Noida for 3 year law?

● Top Answer By Nikita Sen on 17 Apr 21

Ans. As far as a review of doing a 3 year LLB from Amity Law College, Noida, a friend of mine who did the course was not too keen on the college. According to her, the overall reputation of the college is not very good. As far as the faculty is concerned, it is alright, nothing extraordinary. If you want to seriously pursue a law degree, a complete five-year law course is much better appreciated in the market. And if you are looking at placements, they are not that good. You will have to look for a job on your own if you are not from the top three national law schools. If not, do an LLM from abroad. That will probably help. However, if you intend to pursue law within the country itself, you should look at colleges in South India that could be better than Amity Noida. Try IFIM law school as a first. Definitely don’t go to Amity Law School Noida.  Read more

Ques. Can I take a year off after the 1 year of LLB in KSLU University?

● Top Answer By Vijay Mishra,  on 30 Oct 21

Ans. Once you enroll yourself for any law course with KSLU, you will have to complete the course within the prescribed time by the university.  For example, if you are in the 3 years course of LLB then you will be given +3 years to finish the course (i.e, 3+3). If you surpass the time you will have to enroll for the fresh batch. Otherwise, you can also keep the course going and be enrolled, take a year's break, and get back. But it is difficult to catch up with the academics considering a break since they take time to follow up.  Also, it is heard in rumors that KSLUs evaluation system is unfair and has left students in much agony.Read more
