Philippines is considered to be part of the third world countries, therefore technological advancement in this country will be much slower compared to first class countries. Pilipino are good inventor, but our government and facilities don't have enough fund to support this. Our knowledge and educational system in terms of science and technology is still lacking compared to the first class country.
