Unable to log into Pof app

I understand that you are unable to log into the pof app but website. The issue might arise if the there is some corruption or due to proxy server issue. In order to diagnose the issue, I would suggest you to try the following methods and check if the issue persists.

Method 1:

Run the Apps troubleshooter and check if that helps. The Apps Troubleshooter is an automated tool which we have developed to address a number of known issues that can prevent the Apps from running properly. This troubleshooter automatically fixes some issues, including suboptimal screen resolution, incorrect security or account settings etc. If issue persists, refer to the remaining steps and check.

Troubleshoot problems with an app

If the issue still exists, proceed to the next method.

Method 2:

Reset the Microsoft Store Cache

a. Press Windows key + Q.

b. In the Search box type WSReset.exe and hit enter.

That should reset your cache for the store.

Method 3:

If you are using a proxy connection, then try disabling proxy and then check if the issue persists. 

Follow the steps to disable proxy:

1. Open Internet Explorer
2. Click the Tools button, and then click Internet Options
3. Click the Connections tab, and then click LAN settings
4. Uncheck the Use Proxy server.
5. Click Apply and Ok to save changes.
