Please note

Always state your name and address so we can process your query promptly (you can skip this step if you have a Miles & More number or Travel ID).

Please also state your 13-digit ticket number (220-XXXXXXXXXX), your six-digit booking code (e.g. YX12AB), and if you have a query about an existing feedback report, your eight-digit feedback ID (e.g. 12345678). In the case of a baggage irregularity, we need the reference code (PIR) of your lost baggage report (e.g. FRALH12345). Please do not send us any credit card details.
