IQS Search Database (documents prior to 1994)
The Chester County Recorder of Deeds launched a separate records database in January 2021 for public online access to images of recorded documents prior to 1994, dating back to the County’s founding in the 1600s. Recorded deeds and mortgages are only a few types of land documents made available through a partnership with records management company Info Quick Solutions, Inc. (IQS). These documents were scanned for historical preservation as part of a previous project. The IQS website provides instant access to the physical records available in the Recorder’s office. The public can search and view all images for free and the images can be printed or downloaded for $0.50 per page.
If you will be accessing this database and/or making payments frequently, we recommend you sign up for a User Account on the login page. Otherwise, you can click the "Log in as GUEST" button for one-time use(s).
Please note: The E-Film Reader on IQS Search contains documents with fields that are not indexed, so you'll need to know a document's Book and Page in order to find it.
