This walking tour was a lot fun and the sculptures are of a quite good variety. There are shoes and pubs along the way. You will also see a handful of murals.Written August 17, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- BrendaK6955McPherson, KS77 contributionsThis is a wonderful water park. Salina clearly spent some money on this. They have five big water slides. Two inner tube slides and two body slides, and a bowl slide that goes very fast and will catch you off guard if you're not careful. Wave pool, lazy river and swimming pool with a 12 foor deep end and diving board. The admission price is considerably less than what you will pay at another water park a few hours away. Highly recommended for families, couples, anyone wanting a fun activity on a hot summer day. - Linda B3 contributionsJust saw the musical Matilda. Excellent. the cast was great and did an outstanding job, especially the kids. They had so much to remember. - n0uznTopeka, Kansas185 contributionsOnce again, our association held our annual conference at Webster. Once again, the staff took great care of us. The audio visual systems worked well, the room temperature was comfortable, and the lunch was tasty. We had over 80 people attend, and everything was provided, and at a reasonable rate. Same story as previous years, but want to report this is still a wonderful facility.Written November 3, 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Wendy SDavie, FL30 contributionsOur small group had a wonderful visit at the Central Kansas Flywheel Yesteryear Museum. Our trip down memory lane started in the Heritage Building and continued with the Agricultural Building, 1927 Cox One-Room Schoolhouse, 1901 Well, Kansas United Methodist Church, 1930’s Bledsoe Family Gas Station of Salina,KS, 1860’s Hurting family operated Kingsley-Ferguson Sawmill and coming full circle back to the Heritage Building.

- John32070Solomon, KS115 contributionsThis used to be a clubhouse (I remember a cousin's wedding reception held here in the 70's) now repurposed and is quite good for what it is. Great for youngsters but the older generations can learn too.Written September 20, 2018This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - KimrayoilAda, OK212 contributionsCheck out the monument they've put up for the non-stop around the world flight. Nice job, informative. Great view of the airport so you can enjoy watching the planes come and go while you are there. I would think most pilots would be interested in seeing this. It was a planned stop on our road trip.Written September 23, 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Jayne D1 contributionFishing success fluctuates. Some days I have caught bass and catfish. Most are not in the slot to keep. Tried to hook some trout yesterday. No bites on my Sonic Rooster Tail lure. But a kind man shared his as he only does catch/release. Tasty and beautiful fish. Always a relaxing day even if no bites. Water is down a bit.Written December 17, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Jeffrey HarringtonTecumseh, KS48 contributionsFounded in 1881. Members like to say that ‘Sunset Spiritualist Church & Camp is in the middle of nowhere, literally.’ The drive to the church takes you through some very nice country, rolling hills, and farmland.
Sunset Church and Camp have been teaching the truths of Spiritualism for over 133 years. They hold events throughout the year. There is some onsite accommodation which is very nice and VERY inexpensive. They have a small cafe and some really great pies.
If you'd like to attend their events and are a camper you can pitch and have access to electricity for a very reasonable price.
In June of 2018, the church held a 9-day event of Free Classes & Lectures. Spiritualist Mediums, Psychics, Readers, Healers & Bodyworkers were available.
On October 13-14th, 2018 they will be holding a class on Crystals and Stones, along with a Healers and Bodyworkers.
The classes and events are well organized and enjoyable.
Services and lectures are held most Sundays. If you are into religious history, Kansas history and native stone architecture then you should take the time to visit Sunset Spiritualist Church and Camp.
Come to see the historic native stone church and a wonderful example of religious history in Kansas.
