"Strike against war, for without you no battles can be fought! Strike against manufacturing shrapnel and gas bombs and all other tools of murder! Strike against preparedness that means death and misery to millions of human beings! Be not dumb, obedient slaves in an army of destruction! Be heroes in an army of construction." -- Helen Keller, 1940

Democrat California Gov. Gavin Newsom released an ad over the weekend showing young women attempting to escape Alabama for an abortion.

The video shows two young women attempting to flee Alabama before being stopped by a police officer who asks them to take a pregnancy test.

“We’re almost there. We’re gonna make it,” the woman’s friend says when a police vehicle suddenly pulls them over.

“Trump Republicans want to criminalize young Alabama women who travel for reproductive care,” the narrator says. “Stop them by taking action.”

Fallen cryptocurrency wunderkind Sam Bankman-Fried, who is currently serving a 25-year prison sentence following a sweeping fraud case, has agreed to cooperate in a class-action lawsuit against celebrities who promoted his crypto exchange.

By agreeing to cooperate with the investors, the victims will now drop their civil liability claims against the felon founder.

The celebrities include some big name sports stars including Tom Brady, Shaquille O'Neal, Stephen Curry and Shohei Ohtani.

Brady's ex-wife Gisele Bundchen and actor Larry David are also among the names accused of promoting unregistered securities for FTX and enticing investors into a Ponzi scheme.

Speaker Mike Johnson finds himself entangled in controversy once more, as past incidents involving his ‘adopted’ son resurface amidst legislative tumult.

Last week, the House of Representatives, under Johnson’s leadership and his comrades, passed two “America last” legislations.

Firstly, the House approved an extension of Section 702 of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA), a measure initially enacted following the September 11, 2001, attacks, in a 273 to 147 vote. This provision allows for the warrantless surveillance of American citizens, a move that has raised concerns about privacy and civil liberties.

An amendment proposed by Rep. Andy Biggs, which sought to impose a requirement for the FBI to obtain a warrant before conducting surveillance on Americans under FISA, ended in a 212-212 tie vote, leading to Speaker Mike Johnson casting the tie-breaking vote against the amendment.

Investor euphoria persists despite recent market drops, raising concerns about the absence of hard lessons since 2009. Glenn Kelman’s insights resonate deeply with real estate professionals, highlighting a housing recession amid a booming economy. As monetary policy falters and debt cycles override business cycles, the strain on households becomes palpable, reflected in record-high credit card debt and stagnant income growth for most Americans.

The Gateway Pundit first reported on Pete Schwartz back in October 2021. He had already been in prison for nearly a year at that point.

The regime kept Pete in the hole for six months in the last two years.

Peter Schwartz, age 47 and a Kentucky welder who has served in the Army Reserve, was indicted after he was accused of pepper-spraying officers during the Jan. 6 protest.  This was after Peter, his wife, and thousands of Trump supporters were attacked by police without warning. Peter was arrested on Feb. 2, 2021, in Uniontown, Pennsylvania. Peter was with his wife when 30 agents assaulted him with flashbang grenades, armored vehicles, and more than 10 assault rifles aimed at his chest.

“At no point did either my wife or I resist but we were both roughly handled and forced/dragged up the stairs after being shackled and handcuffed as we were shoved around,” Schwartz said.

Pete went to courtin late 2022 in Washington DC.  The government paired him up with two other defendants he had never met or communicated with to strengthen their case.

The corrupt DC jury found Pete and his codefendants guilty on every single charge.  There were no victims.  The prosecution presented no witnesses.

Judge Merchan’s emotionally deranged and irresponsibly overbroad gag order, issued in two separate installments, the second building off the first, is both dangerous and unprecedented for its sweeping scope.  It severely infringes on President Trump’s fundamental rights protected under the First Amendment to speak, and, wherever appropriate, criticize the trial proceeding as he sees fit.  It is well-settled law that prior restraints on speech, of which gag orders are the textbook example, are – in the overwhelming majority of cases – unconstitutional as a form of government censorship.

Only in the rarest of cases has the Supreme Court upheld prior restraints on speech.  In the few cases where the Court has upheld gag orders, a form of prior restraint, the order was necessary to achieve a compelling state interest.  In other words, the Supreme Court has only permitted gag orders that satisfied the extremely high burden of strict scrutiny analysis.  Where gag orders are at issue, strict scrutiny compels courts to limit the scope of the order to an articulable set of facts – the facts encompassing the order must be extremely particularized and limited in scope, and only considered as a final option if and when all other alternatives to help ensure a fair trial have been totally exhausted.

A world-leading Belgian virologist, Dr. Geert Vanden Bossche, predicts a tsunami of deaths will occur within the herd of Covid-jabbed sheeple around the globe due to the billions of spike proteins they have in their blood and organs.

This mass-casualty event has already begun, and it will pick up steam very soon when the “monster” Covid variants gain momentum.

The medical industrial complex will surely call it “Long Covid,” but it should be called Long-Vax-Syndrome.

According to research conducted in several studies, spike proteins can remain in human immune cells for a year to 15 months following vaccination, and this is for people who never even contracted the virus, so to call it “Long Covid” is misinformation.
