The case fit the tablet like a glove. All the ports were accessible as well as the power and volume control buttons. This is a well thought out product from the manufacturers. The rotating stand makes it easy to set the tablet on a desk in either portrait or landscape mode without it falling over. It also makes it easier to hold in any mode with that palm strap on the stand. I was a bit wary as I was putting the silicone sleeve on, because I thought it was too big at first. Once it's on and everything is laid out, it surprisingly fit perfectly, providing protection all around the tablet. I did not need the neck strap that came with it, so I easily removed the clips that came attached to the case. I would definitely recommend this product.
Update', after using the product on my iPad for a few days, it was time to recharge the batteries. Unfortunately that is where I found a problem. The charging cable was being blocked by the case itself . Very frustrating. I had to shave the area down with a sharp blade, and even then it was a tight fit. That's the only negative thing I've seen top date. I hope this helps.
