I currently have Rocky Mountain Spotted Fever. Thankfully, I was diagnosed early on any given antibiotics. I have noticed that some foods that I usually really like seem repulsive to me while a few foods that I don't normally like that well tastes really good. I see no pattern. I am simply eating what appeals to me and making the best of a bad situation. No one food has given me an upset stomach, etc.
