@robotspacer @ATT I plan on waiting to see how bad it truly is going to be for one month, and if their estimate is true… including the one month at $240 before dropping to $197… I’m out. Verizon unlimited is cheaper.

@ATTHelp I cannot even get your app to load to troubleshoot. I have a brand new phone with decent reception LTE, yet I’m getting only .39 Mbps down and 7.98 up. This coupled with @comcastcares completely down in my area.

@ATTCares help, got an email saying I needed to update payment method on an order but the link it the email just takes me to the order status page with no option to do so and the status is just “in progress”

The @comcastcares rep tried their best, but I was stonewalled. Yo @ATT if you can get me 150Mb internet and HBO (which you own) for less than $63/mo after taxes, you have a new customer. Just to start this potential relationship free of lies, I have no brand loyalty.

I called @ATT to reset my password and got someone in Columbia 🙄, like Americans aren’t out of work. A male CSR called me by my 1st name, they would never call a Columbia female customer by her 1st name. It would be Señora whoever. US Corporation smh

@ATTHelp Hey! The tv show Volume vs ad volume is wayyyyyy too much on MTV. The commercials are SO damn loud!! I have to mute them, which I'm sure is not what your advertisers want to hear. Also, it's illegal.
