TOP 7 OF STAN LEE’S BEST MOVIE CAMEOS

Hollywood has lost another legend.

On November 12, 2018, Stan Lee has died at age 95. Known for co-creating Spider-Man, the Hulk, Doctor Strange, the Fantastic Four, Daredevil, Black Panther, the X-Men, and being the former Editor-In-Chief, Publisher, and Chairman of Marvel Comics, Stan Lee has brought to life countless stories revolving around Superheroes and continuously challenging the standard of comics as we enjoy them today in its many forms.

Stan Lee, apart from his many contributions to the Marvel Cinematic Univers, was also known for his many famous and infamous cameos in many Marvel movies. As we await the premiere of Avengers 4 coming out in 2019, as fans of the Marvel franchise, we will definitely miss seeing Stan pop out of nowhere on-screen, as if gracing us with his presence and ensuring that this Marvel feature you’re about to enjoy has his seal of approval.

We’ve seen and enjoyed many of his cameos and here are some of our favorites.

SPIDER-MAN (2002)

Stan actually shows off a bit of acting prowess here, with a superb reaction to the explosions going off around him in Spider-Man.

THE HULK (2003)

Here’s policeman Stan, with a double-whammy of a cameo, alongside Lou Ferrigno who originally played The Hulk in the 70’s TV series.

DAREDEVIL (2003)

Here’s Stan again, this time as a pedestrian averting an accident, thanks to young Matt Murdoch’s extra heightened senses.

THOR: THE DARK WORLD (2013)

Stan as a patient in a mental institution? Yes, please! It makes perfect sense, given his cheeky humor, that he’d agree to play a mental patient. It was always a pleasure seeing him on-screen, regardless of portrayed mental state.

Hollywood may be in mourning, but we can rest in the fact that Stan Lee has reportedly already filmed his cameo for Avengers 4 which comes out next year. Rest in Peace, Stan. Thank you for putting the ‘Super’ in Superhero.

DOCTOR STRANGE (2016)

BLACK PANTHER (2017)

Stan came out of nowhere here, just as we like it. Look at him interact with Martin Freeman every so nonchalantly – classic Stan as always.

VENOM (2018)

Here’s a recap video of all his cameos since 1989 until 2018.
