My son in law wanted to take a jet boat tour while we were in NOLA so I had booked with Bayou Swamp Tours ahead of time. Tiffany helped with my reservation and was very helpful. We chose to Uber to Westwego from NO and it was an inexpensive and efficient option. Once there checkin was quick and easy. We were on a small jet-boat with Tray as our captain/guide. He was very friendly and informative and despite the weather we all really enjoyed our tour. I would highly recommend this adventure for persons of all ages.

Mike was the perfect person to do this tour. He was the real deal. Lives it! He was funny, entertaining and knew all about the animals, birds, trees and wetlands.
Rick, the transfer driver, was professional, helpful, had lots of information and good stories

Took the large airboat tour. I think it was just as good as the small airboat tour. We saw the smaller airboats and were on the same track. Surprisingly it was just as capable of tight turns as the smaller boats. Saw several decent size alligators, not a big one because it has been hot and they are staying cool in deeper water during the day. The guides did find a baby gator and anyone who wanted could hold it. Great tour a short drive from downtown New Orleans.

Had a great airboat ride/tour saw lots of alligators...even got to hold one the guide caught. Guides were entertaining made for a fun time

My favorite things about the tour was going on the tour. It was educational yet fun and exciting. I really enjoyed out guide, Hunter having a sense of humor and teaching us abuut the swamp.
