Hotel, maintained very well in a quite modern style, is located in the heart of the city, in Pest part of Budapest, on the left side of the Danube river, thanks to which guests have easy access to the shops and cultural attractions across Budapest, both Pest and Buda part (walking distance to the river side). Spacious rooms (at least was such 116 number) with large bed and light, large bathroom with shower and bath tube. Equipped with make-yourself coffee/tea service and fee-f-charge bottle of water. Clean towels, full set of good quality cosmetics. Nice service and friendly personnel. Launch open buffet with big enough variety of meals, amazing single portioned desserts to choose from. The gym is open 24 h (great!) and equipped quite well, so enjoyable and relaxing.

This is an well-located hotel, "sharing" the same construction with WestEnd, one of the biggest malls in Budapest (through WedstEnd, you can also connect to the subway, as one of its mains stations is just below it.
The hotel itself is good and very clean, although it shows clear signs of its age and use. Bedrooms are big, with enough room and a spacious bathroom (tub and shower are separated). Bed was very good (although pillows were too soft for me, as I have a lower back problem). Bathroom amenities were great!
The downside of the rooms (besides clearly showing the age) is the quantity and quality of the TV channels available: there are either news channels (in English and other languages) or channels in languages other than English. And there are no movie channels in English. If you want to watch any sports, you will only find EuroSports (I guess this is the name of the channel). Hotel has no swimming pool and gym that, albeit limited in the number of equipments, does the job (ergo-bicycles and steps are connected to YouTube, which makes exercising fun!). It is good to note that equipments are very modern and very well kept. Breakfast is very good and has enough choices to start your day. Onsite restaurant (I cannot remember the name) has a limited number of choices. But they are very tasty.
One outstanding item to note is the quality of service provided by all hotel staff.
One curiosity: the room floors are carpeted. So during the winter, depending on the material that the sole of your shoe is made of, you will get a lot of electrical shocks when touching any metal (static energy)! Every time I had my sneakers on and walked from my room to the elevator and vice-versa, I got those static energy shocks when I had to call the elevator or touch the room door's knob!
I would definitely stay here again.

Received a warm welcome on arrival as a Gold HH member and we were delighted to have been given a complimentary upgrade for our stay which was three nights. The hotel is well located adjacent to a shopping mall and a short walk from the nearest metro station. The positives are the Executive Lounge is nice with a terrace area for warmer weather although some staff training required as they advised us catfish was vegetarian! Breakfast room, staff and buffet were very good and the reception staff helpful and friendly. The negatives the hotel is dated including the bedroom decor which had peeling wallpaper not what you expect from a 5 star hotel, this is not a 5 star hotel. Housekeeping and Maintenance standards were not great around the bedrooms is poor. Very noisy extractor in the bedroom even when the air con/heating is off which means not much sleep, our room was noisy - this really take away from the positive aspects and would need to consider alternative hotels for our next trip sadly. Hotel has potential.

Typical nice Hilton property with beautiful big room. Decor a bit dated but well kept. Nice gym with views over the city. Pleasant executive lounge though the breakfast was pretty tasteless. Bar in the lobby working till late. Big shopping mall next door. 25 minutes walk to Hero´s Square. Lots of restaurants and cafes (mainly chains) close by, walk left when leaving through the front door. Well kept bathroom with plenty of toiletries, tea and coffee tray, ironing equipment, etc. Internet worked well and was free of charge. Car park in the basement was easy to access. Would go again if the price was right.

I have no complaints about the hotel generally, the reception and bar staff are extremely polite and friendly especially. But the hotel is just very dated now and it’s not the most appealing place to stay because of that. The rooms are a discoloured yellow colour and carpets worn from years of use.
Frustrated me that there were no sockets near the bed to charge my phone during the night. The TV only shows the news channels - I appreciate that they cater for business guests but - sometimes it’s nice to enjoy something a little more lighthearted!
The hairdryer in the room was good, I like the kettle in the room to make coffees too! Always cleaned to a nice standard too.
Breakfast was a little hit & miss, large selection of fruits and pastries but nothing special by way of hot food.
I would stay again if I had to, but would opt for a more modern hotel if I was travelling for leisure.
Good location though! Very close to the station!

Stayed for 3 nights at this hotel from 18-21 January. The plus points; good location, excellent staff, impressive breakfasts, comfortable bed. The bad points; decor of room left a lot (and I mean a lot) to be desired and the room was desperately in need of a makeover. My room had a shower door that at the bottom was dirty and hard to close, some of the wallpaper was hanging off in the room, the carpet was stained and in general the room was very drab indeed. A shame as I say the staff were very hospitable and helpful. The gym is so/so, and the sauna (there is no spa as such) only open limited hours. It has the makings of being a great hotel, Hilton need to invest in it. Would I stay again there; no.

Accommodation usual standard, handy location for exploring the city, and an entrance to the shopping mall next door off the foyer.
Bar area quiet and not very atmospheric so we only made one visit there on our first night. We had breakfast in the hotel only one morning, which again was fine, but the welcoming hostess only asked us for our room number - not another word spoken and she got back to looking at her list or phone or whatever she was gazing at when we arrived. We had no clue where to sit, what to do about coffee etc, but we eventually found everything - guest interaction score nil.

I stayed in the hotel for 5 days and this is what I noticed.
1. Your hotel is old and needs refurbishing. Definitely not a Hilton standard.
2. Housekeeping staff just enters the room without knocking and there was 1 occasion when a note "Privacy Please" is hung on the room door. Totally not a 5 star by any means.
3. Houskeeping did not clear my waste basket on some days.

On the bright side, the location is good as it is near the train station and mall. Else it will be a lower rating.

Stayed here two nights during January 2020. Got a really good rate and a nice room upgrade. Good executive lounge where you can get a full breakfast in the morning. Very helpful staff. The hotel is on a main drag surrounded by retail and restaurants and is connected to a large shopping mall. Comfy clean rooms. I'd stay here again.

We came here for a rewards stay. We had two rooms (adjacent booked) and were upgraded. Unfortunately the upgrade put us in two rooms with another room in between.
The rooms were located on the third floor. The hotel was quiet (despite being so big, and despite ongoing refurbishment).
We love this hotel and the staff. The front desk was extremely helpful also with getting around in town. The rooms were spacious and clean. The bathrooms have bath tubs and showers- great!.
The executive lounge was a average. Location of the hotel is excellent near M3 metro and many buses and trains, at the West End shopping mall.
The hotel has a great restaurant with extremely good breakfast options (incuding a la carte) and nice evening menu.
Will be back!

No, I wouldn't say it was five star and wouldn't use it again for sightseeing. It's not in the middle of town and needed a bus journey in. Breakfast was good and the room clean, but that's about all.
